The Space:

Step inside and you'll feel it right away — calming but never boring, every corner thoughtfully designed to make you feel at home on the coast. 🌴



Light hardwood floors flow through the entire condo, setting a warm, beachy tone from the moment you walk in. Hang your things on the entry hooks, kick off your sandals, and let the ocean views at the end of the hall draw you in.



🏖 The View

The living room stops you in your tracks. A wall of mirrors and sliding glass doors frame the Atlantic like a painting that changes with every hour. Step onto the south-facing oceanfront balcony, settle into a chair, and let the salt air and the sound of the waves do their thing. Sunrises here are the real deal — golden light spilling across the water while dolphins play in the surf. On launch days, head down to the beach to watch SpaceX rockets light up the sky from nearby Cape Canaveral — one of the best front-row seats on the Space Coast.

This beach condo was thoughtfully designed. Soft whites, sandy neutrals, and ocean-blue accents set a calming coastal palette that feels serene without ever being boring. The kitchen gleams with white quartz countertops, crisp shaker cabinets, and a stunning brushed-gold faucet that catches the light. A soft palm-leaf accent wall behind the stove adds just the right touch of personality. Stainless steel appliances, a full-size fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a coffee station mean you can fuel up for a Kennedy Space Center day or cook a full meal after a beach sunset.



The breakfast bar is set with coastal-blue place settings and seats the perfect morning crew. A separate dining area with rattan chairs and a glass-top table seats four more — ideal for game nights or a leisurely dinner.

The ensuite bathroom features a black granite vanity with a gold-framed round mirror, a tub/shower combo, and fresh coastal touches throughout.



The guest bedroom is where The Sandy Nook really shows off for families. A queen-over-twin bunk bed sleeps three and feels like an adventure — kids love it. There is also an additional twin trundle and a roll away cot for extra sleeping arrangements. Coastal watercolor artwork, a ceiling fan, and soft lighting make it a calming retreat for adults, too. The full guest bathroom is right across the hall, with its own black granite vanity, arched mirror, and tub/shower combo with a beachy plaid curtain.



🧺 The Extras

An all-in-one washer/dryer unit is tucked right under the kitchen counter — perfect for smaller loads, rinsing off beach gear, and keeping things fresh without leaving the condo. For bigger loads, the complex laundry room has full-size washers and dryers available. Pack light and let The Sandy Nook handle the rest.



Guest Access:

You get the full condo to yourselves. I'll send your digital lock code, building access details, and parking info the day of check-in — completely seamless. No key exchange, no waiting around.



The Neighborhood:

Satellite Beach is one of the Space Coast's best-kept secrets — a laid-back, locals-favorite stretch of coastline without the tourist crowds, and one of the few areas near Patrick Space Force Base with vacation rentals available. The beach here is wide, quiet, and perfect for long walks, morning surf sessions, or simply spreading out a blanket and doing absolutely nothing.



The condo sits along A1A with a short stroll to local restaurants and public beaches. It's also conveniently by the Pineda Causeway for quick access to the Mainland area of Melbourne, FL.



You're just minutes from everything on the Space Coast:



🚀 Kennedy Space Center — ~20 minutes

🛳 Port Canaveral — ~15 minutes (perfect for pre- or post-cruise stays)

🏄 Cocoa Beach Pier & Ron Jon Surf Shop — ~10 minutes

Patrick Space Force Base is right next door, making this an ideal home base for Space Coast work trips and TDY stays.



Getting Around:

Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about an hour away. Rent a car, Uber, or grab a shuttle — tons of options. A car is recommended for exploring the Space Coast, but the beach is literally at your doorstep.



Other Things to Note:

🚧 COMING SOON! NEW POOL CONSTRUCTION UPDATE as of 7/2026: Our building is currently undergoing exciting upgrades — a brand-new pool is under construction! We are hoping for the pool to be completed end of August 2026, but as with any construction project we cannot guarantee an exact completion date. While the pool isn't available just yet, the private beach access more than makes up for it. Construction is not expected to greatly affect your stay inside the unit, though you may notice equipment and hear some noise during weekday daytime hours. Current pricing accounts for the pool not being completed.



By reserving this unit, you confirm that you are informed of and accept these conditions. Tentative completion of construction is End of August of 2026.
