Escape to comfort and relaxation in this charming 3-bedroom cabin located in the heart of Counce. Perfect for families or groups, the cabin comfortably sleeps guests with 2 queen beds, 1 full bed, and 3 twin beds located in the loft.

Our cozy cabin is just minutes from Pickwick Landing State Park. You'll have access some of Tennessee’s and Mississippi's most beautiful outdoor destinations. No matter the season, enjoy the scenic Tennessee River at Pickwick—whether it’s boating, fishing, hiking, or simply taking in the view.

Step outside and relax on the porch that feels like you are on a perch. It's the perfect spot for watching deer, listening to birds, or taking in the surrounding wildlife. In the evenings, unwind around the fire pit and enjoy the peaceful setting.

Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay, including heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort. Two full bathrooms make mornings easy, and thoughtful amenities like a hair dryer and iron add extra convenience.

Fifteen years ago, we left South Florida and discovered the beauty of the Pickwick area. At first, we were weekenders, drawn to the peaceful surroundings and slower pace of life. Before long, we fell in love with the area and decided to make it our permanent home.

We love living in Pickwick and enjoying all that the area has to offer—from the Tennessee River and Pickwick Landing State Park to the history and beauty of Shiloh National Military Park. Within an hour’s drive, there are countless places to explore and enjoy with our side-by-side.

It is our hope to share our little slice of heaven with others and give you the opportunity to experience the peace, beauty, and natural wonders that we have come to love so much.

Most lots are approximately an acre in size and surrounded by beautiful hardwood trees. It’s the perfect getaway from the fast pace of everyday life—a place to slow down, relax, and enjoy the tranquility of nature.

Sit back on the porches and enjoy watching deer, birds, and a variety of wildlife pass through. Step out the back door and follow the path to the main road, Slate Rock. Turn left, and before you know it, you’ll find yourself on a peaceful dirt road that winds through part of Pickwick Landing State Park. It’s the perfect place for a leisurely stroll through the woods and an opportunity to enjoy the beauty and tranquility of nature.
