Located just a 5 minute walk from Chilmark's famous North Tabor Farm, this charming house is a dream for families or groups.

The house has 5 bedrooms, 4 with a queen bed plus one bedroom with both a twin bunk bed and a queen. There are 3 full bathrooms plus an outdoor shower which is perfect after a long day at the beach! Linens, toiletries and basic kitchenware/ingredients included.

The house has 2 decks. One has a fire pit, couches, grill and outdoor dining set up for 10.

The house comes equipped with beach chairs and toys, kayaks, board games and half basketball court.

There is a den and family room with ample seating and 65" tv. Up to date kitchen appliances and fixtues.

My family has owned this home to enjoy with children and grandchildren for 30 years. We love going to the beach, biking around the island, and grilling our fresh catch on the grill!

Chilmark is private and quiet, removed from the bustling scene of down island towns Edgartown, Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven. But only a short drive away!

Chilmark is known for its farms, beaches and beautiful scenery. Our home is just down the road from North Tabor Farm which offers locally grown produce and prepared food.
