This 4-bed/3-bath home sleeps up to 14 guests and offers the perfect base for exploring all that Galveston Island has to offer. From original hardwood floors to authentic shiplap walls in every bedroom, this beautifully preserved property blends timeless character with modern comfort. A large fenced backyard with a spacious deck and charcoal grill makes it easy to enjoy warm Texas evenings together.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed.

● Parking: There is room for 3 car in the driveway, and 2 on the street.

Each room is designed after the elements, EARTH, AIR, FIRE, and WATER. The primary bedroom (FIRE ROOM) offers a king bed, the second bedroom (WATER ROOM) sleeps even more with both a king and a queen, the third (AIR ROOM) features a cozy queen, and the fourth bedroom (EARTH ROOM) is a kid favorite with two twin-over-twin bunk beds. With three full bathrooms and room for the whole crew, Spirited Garden is ideal for family vacations, multi-generational getaways, or a weekend trip with friends.

One of the biggest highlights of this Galveston vacation rental is its central Midtown location. You`re just a short drive from Galveston`s most popular beaches, the historic Strand District, Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, and some of the island`s best restaurants and shops. ● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- We do not allow parties or events.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
