Located in the historic center of Victoria, this loft places you just steps from the city s coolest restaurants, boutique shops, and artisanal coffee spots. Everything you need for an unforgettable stay is right at your doorstep, making it easy to explore the best of the city on foot. The cozy sleeping area is located in a loft above the main living space and is accessed by a sturdy ladder. Up top, you ll find a comfy queen bed perfect for a restful night s sleep. Please note that the loft is open to the main area below, adding to the airy, spacious feel of the unit
This unique unit is located in the iconic Oriental Building, a beautifully restored 1883 heritage site that once operated as the Oriental Hotel. Staying here means experiencing a piece of Victoria s rich past right in the middle of its most vibrant and walkable neighborhood.

As this is a heritage building there is no parking on the premises. We recommend using the Bastion Square Parkade located right across the street (575 Yates Street). NOTE: Street parking and the parkade are free overnight from 𝟴𝗽𝗺-𝟴𝗮𝗺.
Getting Around:
Bus stop right out front of the condo a short walk away. Local cabs are readily available and we provide cab company names and numbers in our welcome book. We are a 5 minute cab ride from the CoHo ferry terminal. Our location is in the heart of downtown so all amenities are within walking distance. Paid parking is available in the parkade across the street. Street is free 8pm-8am.
