Welcome to The Vogue, a beautifully restored 1892 heritage building that seamlessly combines classic character with contemporary design. This stunning loft features soaring 21‑foot ceilings, exposed original timber beams, and expansive picture windows that flood the space with natural light.

Located in the vibrant heart of downtown Victoria, you’ll be steps from top restaurants, boutique shopping, local entertainment, and historic Chinatown. The picturesque harbourfront is just one block away—perfect for scenic strolls or waterfront dining. Despite the central location, the condo is situated on the quiet side of a secure, well‑maintained building, offering a peaceful place to unwind.

The Space
This fully upgraded one‑bedroom, one‑bath condo was thoughtfully renovated for comfort and style. The bathroom was completely updated in 2023 and features a walk‑in shower, upgraded fixtures, new flooring, quartz countertops, and plush towels with provided toiletries. The renovated kitchen includes new cabinetry, quartz counters, and brand‑new appliances. Enjoy restful nights on a queen pillow‑top mattress with high‑quality linens, relax on the leather Lazy‑Boy recliner, and unwind with the 50" Smart TV.

Location
Situated directly above Mountain Equipment Co‑op, the condo is in a pedestrian‑friendly area close to Market Square, the Victoria Public Market, theatres, cafés, brew pubs, and Victoria’s Inner Harbour. Local favorites—including the Drake Eatery, Bean Around the World, Habit Coffee, Varsha Indian Kitchen, and Bubby’s Bakery—are just steps away.

This VRBO could not have been better. It was beautifully decorated and cozy. The bed was very, very comfortable. I would stay here again. Loved it.

Review of Metropolitan Suite

First of all, I would like to say that you folks run a A1 First Class Operation. From initial contact to the day I left, booking, communication, instructions, check in, check out were professional, precise and easy to follow. I really liked the fact that Melissa met me in person to check me in and out all aspects of the building and unit were explained at this time. some companies want you to drive around looking for a lock box to pick up keys to me this is not a good way of doing business The unit was as pictured kitchen was very well stocked, bed was comfortable and bathroom was a good size the goodies that you left were much appreciated. location was close to restaurants, shopping and harbor I will definitely stay in this unit again and certainly book with Rod and Melissa again

Great downtown stay.

It was the perfect location for me, as I was staying in downtown Victoria for work. Thare are a ton of good little restaurants nearby. The place is clean and well decorated. The owner cares about the well-being of visitors and answered all my questions. I would rent the same place if I had to do it all over again.

Perfect place and location!

This suite was incredible. The pictures don't do it justice. If you are traveling alone or with one other person, do not miss this place! you can walk everywhere downtown and so many amazing hikes are within a short drive. The suite has private, secure parking which was a bonus. We were going to be arriving late and Melissa mailed the keys to me in the States so that we could check in! She was so helpful and friendly during our entire stay. When we ended up having flight cancelation issues, she worked with us and made the check-out process just as simple. Everything about this place and the owner was really great! Thank you Melissa!

The property is truly a little gem!

When we walked in we were pleasantly surprised to see how beautifully, and tastefully this condo had been decorated. It has a special vibe that we really loved. It was very clean, tidy, well organized, and well appointed. You couldn't ask for much better location either. We loved all of the great restaurants all around, and everything was just minutes away. Walking along the harbour front was a great way to both start and end the day. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who really wants to have an authentic taste of old Victoria and enjoy the city. We absolutley loved it! And our hosts, Rod & Melissa were amazing from the moment they met us in front of the unit, until the day we moved out, they were very kind, organized & profession, and constantly went out of their way to help us in so many ways, completely unrelated to this rental. Thank you Rod & Melissa, we would rent from you again in a heart beat!

Located just one block from the Gate of Harmonious Interest, the entrance to Canada’s oldest Chinatown, three blocks to the Victoria Public Market, three blocks from the Victoria Design District, two blocks to the waterfront, two blocks to Victoria Harbour Ferry Stop, adjacent to historic Old Town Victoria and five blocks to Save-on-Foods Memorial Arena. Let's not forget about Fan Tan Alley, Dragon Alley, Trounce Alley.....so many unique and iconic areas of Victoria will be at your fingertips when you stay in our condo!
