Welcome to Central Park Prestige, offering Victoria's newest upscale, mini-hotel experience. Designed and purpose-built for short term rental, your space offers unrivaled privacy, luxury, and tranquility comparable to the best hotels in the City. Just a short walk from downtown Victoria, our brand new and custom-built home provides you the perfect balance of privacy, comfort and convenience.

The Space
Your private room is spacious and elegant. Luxury features include heated granite floors, recording studio grade soundproofing, comfortable lounge seating, and commissioned original paintings from local artists. Your private and spa-like ensuite bathroom is equipped with a rainfall shower and wall jets, and heated marble floors. Stay connected for business or personal use with private gigabit ethernet and Wi-Fi 6 connectivity, and numerous streaming services on the 4k TV.

Guest Access
During your stay, you will have access to numerous shared amenities including; a massive deck designed for both relaxation and entertainment featuring a Weber BBQ, custom fire table, massive umbrella, Lazy Boy couches, and Royal Botania sun loungers. Indoor amenities include a fully equipped laundry room with countertop, sink, wine chiller, and fully stocked coffee and tea station. 2026 will see the addition of a hot tub, cold plunge, and sauna for the ultimate spa experience.

The driveway area is off limits to all guests at all times, both on foot and in vehicles. Please use the path on the 2118 side of the building.
No sporting equipment (eg. surf boards, bicycles, snowboards, hockey gear) is permitted indoors. We have a garage. If you need storage, please ask.

We stayed for two nights in this extraordinary apartment. Downtown attractions are easy to reach. Parking in front of the apartment. Everything in the apartment is very high quality. Great hosts. Very responsive. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Lovely shower!! Kitchenette was well stocked. The host was most friendly and accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. The area has several restaurants within walking distance, as well as a large recreation park. Would recommend this VRBO to friends and family

The accommodation was excellent for our needs. The host was thoughtful in the amenities provided. Communication was prompt and clear. We had a great time and the location was close enough to walk to the downtown area. The shower was something else! There is a common kitchen and laundry area, unusual for a VRBO, and the host has provided some extra goodies to enjoy. We'd definitely go back!

My room was excellent. I was surprised at the location, busy street, but easy walking to anything you would want, restaurants, stores, etc. Did not interact with the host or other guests. Nice touch with cupcakes! Great little kitchen. 5 stars!
