Good fit for medical stays, work trips, families, relocations, and longer LA visits.

Easy access to multiple beaches, Beverly Hills, Cedars-Sinai, Children’s Hospital LA, Crypto Arena, Culver City, Downtown, Kaiser, Kerlan-Jobe, LA Live, LAX, Marina del Rey, Santa Monica, Venice. We are working professionals and parents, so we understand the value of a clean, comfortable, and reliable stay. We have hosted several thousand guests from every continent and welcome people from all backgrounds.

Each bedroom has a comfortable queen bed. An air mattress is available upon request. The property is small and quiet, with long-term neighbors in a safe neighborhood. Assigned parking for one car is included.

Metro bus service is a 1-minute walk away, with access to Beverly Hills, Culver City, Hollywood, Downtown LA, Crypto Arena, LA Live, Marina del Rey, and nearby beaches. We also have other 2-bedroom and 1 bedroom listings on the same property that may be available for larger groups.

We chose this neighborhood because it offers practical access to many parts of Los Angeles without being in the middle of the tourist zone. It is close to Culver City, Westside LA, Beverly Hills, LAX, Santa Monica, Venice, major hospitals, employers, restaurants, transit, and everyday services.

What we like most is the convenience. Guests staying 30+ days can get to work, medical appointments, the beach, shopping, and different parts of LA while still coming back to a quieter residential property with parking.

Amazon, Apple, Google, Netflix, Microsoft, TikTok, Yahoo and several other employers are within 15-minute drive.
