You have full access to the main home, front and back yards. Please respect privacy of residents / guests in the separate basement unit, who may share the back yard (but in practice, rarely ever do).

We are located in a residential parking zone, which means a permit is required to park for more than two hours. We will provide you with one guest permit, but if you have more than one vehicle, you can park the second vehicle a few blocks away, or for longer stays, apply for an RPZ permit from the city of Seattle.
