Quiet tropical escape with or without the family close the beach

We are a family of three. We love Florida and this location so much we decided to purchase here and rent in our home state of New York. One day we will relocate but for now while we still have to work and survive here in New York we want to offer our home to you to enjoy as much as we do! We have used airbnbs and vacation rentals our selves so we made sure to supply everything you would need for a fun and relaxing stay! Unfortunately we can’t be down too much so instead of leaving it vacant we know you will enjoy our vacation home and help make great memories 😊

It’s super quiet. No through traffic and it’s on a corner of two canals. The views are amazing and the sunsets in the yard giving you plenty of sun during the day and beautiful sunsets in the evening. Manasota key beach is 15 minutes away and plenty of restaurants with great views on the marina as well. There’s a lot to do in the area like rent a boat for the day, kayaking, parasailing or go jet skiing! It’s the perfect get away for a group of friends or family to escape for a break.

We offer many things to make your stay easy and relaxing. We supply all beach equipment including beach chairs and sand toys for the kids. Plenty of oversized towels for the pool or the beach. Some toiletries to help get you started like shampoo conditioner and body soap. Even a blow dryer🙃 it’s complete private in the yard/pool area so noise of music or screaming kids having fun shouldn’t be a problem. All bedrooms have a ceiling fan and comfortable mattresses for an amazing night sleep. We offer a Keurig for coffee, sugar packets, and snacks. Everything is brand new. Even kitchen pots and pans if you wanna stay in and cook. There’s WiFi and some things for kids do to like color or make bead bracelets. There’s a basketball net that can be brought into the street and a bbq set up area outside side the lanai. A beach bag and a beach hat hangs by the front door in case you didn’t bring your own!
