I loved staying here. Its a quiet neighborhood. Very good location. Host was very easy to communicate with. I would definitely love to stay again.

Super cute little place! My dog Rosalie and I stayed for four days had no issues, the neighborhood felt safe I walked her at night alone and felt perfectly fine as a solo traveler. For the price this is definitely worth it, there’s lots of local restaurants and bars within 6-7 mins and there’s a nice Walmart right across the street and lots to do at st Pete beach which is just 8 mins away.

Great stay. Will give a heads up that the bathroom has no door. So if you’re sharing this room with a friend it’s a little awkward. Other than that I would definitely stay here again. Nice quiet neighborhood.

This was a horrible experience there were roaches everywhere, the place was incredibly dirty upon arrival, the mattress is like sleeping on a box spring, the shower gets the floor wet because it is improperly installed, there is holes in the ceiling, and at 12:30AM there was banging happening and somebody screaming that would happen intermittently for about 15 minutes at night. Whoever I was texting was very nice, but the phone number listed to call was unresponsive. A place like this should not charge more than 50 a night. The mattress itself is reason to not sleep here, anything more than 100 a night needs to have a mattress that at least costs 100. It hurt my hips and I slept on top of the pillows to ease the pain. I have photos of roaches, I found dead and alive. I understand it is Florida, but this was more like an infestation and there were ants on the windowsill, bugs crawling around (the door is not properly sealed), and I woke up with a rash around my neck while staying there. BUYER BEWARE. Photo of my foot is for reference of the dirty floors, I am someone who cleans my feet before bed and you could feel the dust while walking around. That photo was taken after a shower
