Welcome to Jelinek Hideaway - Unit 3 by Clear Trail Properties, your freshly remodeled, modern retreat in the heart of Weston, Wisconsin - thoughtfully designed for traveling professionals, medical staff, and extended-stay guests.

Just minutes from Aspirus Wausau Hospital, Aspirus Clinic, and Marshfield Medical Center, this quiet and comfortable upper-level apartment offers the ideal home base for work, rest, and everything in between.

✔ Two comfortable bedrooms, with a queen and a full-sized bed and fresh linens, extra blankets, and full clothing storage
✔ One full bathroom with vanity, clean towels, hot water, and starter essentials
✔ Open-concept living area with Smart TV, electric fireplace, cozy seating, and space to unwind after a long shift
✔ Fully equipped kitchen stocked with cookware, utensils, full-size appliances, drip coffee maker, toaster, and microwave
✔ High-speed Wi-Fi (up to 250+ Mbps) and dedicated workspace - ideal for remote work or charting between shifts
✔ Private entrance and two dedicated parking spaces for easy, convenient access
✔ Coin-operated laundry (credit cards accepted) shared with other tenants in the basement

Additional Fees & Requirements:
✔ Rental Agreement & ID Verification - Required from the booking guest prior to check-in
✔ Security Deposit Hold - $500 refundable hold (credit card only)
✔ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out - $30 each, pending availability and arranged in advance
✔ Additional Guests - $5 per night for each guest beyond 2.
