This 2-bedroom cottage is perfect for your escape to Eclectic. Inside, guests find two king beds and a cozy living room with a sofa bed, offering plenty of space to relax. The cottage stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. With two bathrooms, mornings are easy and convenient for everyone. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of adventure or enjoying quiet moments indoors, this delightful cottage provides a fantastic retreat. The Cottage also offers a large lot next door for holding boats for parking and charging your batteries. Great for Bass Tournaments or just leisure around the lake. This cottage is only a short walk to the great Lake Martin. Here in KBE, we have our own private boat ramp, several docs, the docs are on a first come first serve bases. If you would rather use a different boat ramp, Kowliga boat ramp just 5 minutes away just finished phase one of the replenishing and new ramp, new parking. While out on the lake or just merely hanging around the cottage we would like to recommend a few places to eat at, The Social, Chucks Pizza, Kowliga Restrauant. There are a lot more places but just to name a few we enjoy these.
