Make yourselves at home in our vacation apartment!

In the living area, you’ll find a cozy corner couch that you can easily convert into a bed with a sleeping surface measuring 160 cm x 200 cm. The built-in cabinet features a large flat-screen TV with Sky reception.

The cozy dining area invites you to enjoy your meals in a pleasant atmosphere. The modern kitchen offers everything you need: a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, and, of course, a dishwasher.

The bedroom is comfortable and furnished to a high standard. The upholstered bed is at a senior-friendly height and has a sleeping surface measuring 180 cm x 200 cm. The large sliding-door closet and the dresser provide ample space for your clothing and personal items. A flat-screen TV is also available here.

The bathroom is modernly equipped and features a hair dryer, a bathroom radiator, and ample counter space.

On the balcony, you can wind down at the end of your day with a sunset view while sitting in comfortable chairs.

Our apartment is located in Building 1, which also houses the swimming pool and the wellness area with saunas. The swimming pool is available to you free of charge during your stay; the sauna area is available for a fee. Both areas are easily accessible by elevator, which is located right next to the apartment.

The parking space assigned to your apartment is located in the underground garage.

Modern and right in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen—that’s the Residenz Seestern. The four apartment buildings are located not far from the beach and the pier. The beautiful spa gardens and shops for daily necessities are also just a few minutes away.

You can spend relaxing days in the on-site wellness area when the weather isn’t cooperating. The swimming pool is available to you free of charge during your stay, and the sauna area can be used for a fee.
For our younger guests, there’s a playground in the complex’s courtyard. The apartments are also equipped with child-friendly amenities, so nothing stands in the way of a family vacation.
On the first floor of the Residenz Seestern, you can treat yourself to a meal at various restaurants. You’ll also find an ice cream parlor and our front desk right here in the complex. At our front desk, you can rent strollers, handcarts, baby bathtubs, travel cribs, and high chairs (for a fee). Childproof outlet covers and child-sized toilet seats are available free of charge at the front desk upon request.
Your well-equipped two-room vacation apartment, which accommodates up to four people, features a balcony or terrace, free Wi-Fi, and Sky TV. You can easily access the apartment by elevator, and a parking space is available for your car in the underground garage. There is also a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers, as well as a space for your bicycles.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
