The Space:

BookSmart Properties Presents: Duck Daze!



With a strong coastal vibe, this newly renovated five-bedroom vacation home balances comfort and fun. The top floor features an open concept floorplan with a spacious living room, an adjoining dining area and kitchen that seats up to 16 people. Off the living area is a deck with beautiful views and a large picnic table and umbrella for al fresco dining. The living room has a wine bar and sink, flat screen TV, puzzles, and games. It offers ample space for conversation and making memories.



Sleeping Level: On the second floor, there are 4 bedrooms, with options for guests of all ages. Two primary king bedrooms include private ensuite baths. A queen bedroom has a full ensuite bath, shared to hallway. The fourth bedroom has 4 bunk beds.



Lower Level: This level has an additional queen bedroom and a shared full bath. It is adjacent to the rec room that includes a pool table, flat screen TV, mini wet bar, and a queen sleeper sofa. Off the rec room, you have access to the pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, and plenty of room for relaxation.



Outside: There are plenty of sun-loungers and seating options on the decks and around the pool area, as well as a gas grill. Take a dip in the sparkling pool or finish the perfect day relaxing in the hot tub that seats up to 7 people.



Clubhouse: You will have access to an indoor pool, fitness center, and outdoor tennis courts and playground, all of which are open year-round!



Location, location, location: All of this comfort is just a 7-minute walk to the beach and a 5-minute walk into downtown Duck and the boardwalk, where you can experience sunsets on the sound and explore unique shops and restaurants.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.

The town of Duck is a popular Outer Banks destination for its wide, uncrowded beaches and soundfront boardwalk! Nature trails, shops, and restaurants make for a pleasant and friendly town, perfect for a relaxing OBX vacation.

Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to additional fines up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
