Very cute, comfortable efficiency. Great for 1 or 2 people. Very accommodating. Had all the amenities and then some! Well-stocked with supplies to go to the beach - beach towels, soft-beach cooler, ice packs, etc.; if you like to eat in, the Kitchen is well-equipped for that. Great location for visiting the Wells-Ogunquit-Kennebunk area. 2nd floor porch overlooking the pool is nice, too. A very enjoyable lodging experience.

This studio condo in Wells Maine was very clean and comfortable.Check in was a breeze. The location was great and within walking distance to several very good restaurants. Being a studio there was a kitchen area, living space and a sleeping area that was partitioned with a room divider that housed a very comfortable king size bed. There is also a full size bathroom. The size was great for my husband and I.The property also has a pool and hot tub which we did not use. I would rent here again for a long weekend.

My wife and 7 month old son had a great time. The deck was great to relax on when our baby went down for naps. Beaches are just minutes away and the pool and hot tub were amazing. Kitchen had everything we needed. Neighbors were friendly. Clam chowder and lobster rolls, nothing better.
