This turn of the century townhouse was bulit in 1884, but has been completely refurbished just last year: It combines historic charm with the most modern standards and amenities. The kitchen and bathroom are brand new. The apartment is on the first floor. It consists of a large kitchen-living room, a spacious bedroom and a bathroom. The apartment is decorated in a comfortable and modern style. The art is made by local artists.

This apartment is in the heart of the historic city centre: the Ötzi Museum is a 2 minutes walk away, the Christmas markets are a 5 minute walk away. It is well connected to public transport: the train station is less than 10 minutes away.
