Sliding glass doors open to the screened porch, where wicker seating invites you to slow down and enjoy the outdoors year-round. Just a few steps above the living area, the dining space comfortably seats 6 guests beneath an abundance of natural light, while the kitchen overlooks the main floor and features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything needed for easy vacation meals and entertaining.

The villa comfortably accommodates guests with 2 well-appointed bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed and direct access to a covered porch where you can enjoy quiet mornings overlooking the marsh. A full bathroom with a tiled shower is conveniently located just down the hall from the primary bedroom. The guest bedroom is perfect for families or groups with 2 sets of bunk beds and a private ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower combination. A convenient half-bath is also located on the main floor.

The community shared dock is just a short stroll away, offering the perfect spot to launch a kayak, drop a crab trap, or simply enjoy the changing tides and wildlife that make Seabrook Island so special. Pool Access: Community Pool for Shelter Cove Vilas. Two oceanfront community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity access required to utilize the Lake House, and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: Beach access is located at Boardwalk 9, just a 10-minute drive or 20-minute bike ride away.

Pet Policy: ONE (1) dog with a maximum weight of 45 lbs. is permitted. An additional pet fee of $250 applies per week.

Parking: Maximum number of vehicles is 2.
