Designed for comfort and connection, this charming home accommodates up to 11 guests, making it ideal for family getaways.
This spacious retreat features 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, offering plenty of space to relax after a day of adventure. The cozy living room is centered around a beautiful fireplace, creating the perfect atmosphere for movie nights, conversations, or relaxing evenings indoors. Roku TVs throughout the home provide easy access to your favorite streaming entertainment, while board games add extra fun for guests of all ages.

Checking In:
* IDs are required at check-in.
* You must be 24 years or older to book and check in.
* You'll need to sign a Rental Agreement with the Big Bear Good Neighbor Policy (5 minutes). The link with the rental agreement will be sent once the booking is confirmed. It needs to be completed and signed before checking-in.
Just a quick heads-up: to finalize your reservation, we kindly ask that you complete our short rental agreement within 24 hours of booking. It only takes a few minutes and helps make sure everything runs smoothly for your trip.
Please also note that the cancellation policy begins the moment your booking is confirmed—not when the agreement is signed.

Mountain Transit’s new Free Big Bear Trolley service is here! Three convenient routes (Red, Blue,
Gold) take riders to most of the visitor attractions and amenities in Big Bear, including the ski resorts,
Boulder Bay, The Village, Supermarkets, and the Airport. For the first time, public transit will serve the
Big Bear Airport on a scheduled route. This transportation service will offer convenient and reliable
transportation for both locals and visitors and help eliminate traffic congestion and car pollution in the
Valley.

* Per city permit this home can accommodate up to 11 people, 8 Adults Maximum. The maximum for guests and adults CAN NOT be exceeded at any given time.
* Parking Details:
Max of 3 cars on-site. (Does have garage access)
*Quiet hours (10pm-7am).
*No speakers or sound systems allowed.
*No parties or events allowed at any given time.
* Indoor sound cannot be loud enough to be audible at the property line.
* Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $1,000 per violation.
* This home is pet friendly! (Maximum: 2 pets)
Pets MUST be pre-approved in advance.
A pet fee of $125 per pet will apply IF the pet(s) has been approved. Pet fee is requested after the booking is confirmed.
* If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without SoCal Vacations' approval: There is a fine of $500 per pet.
Pet Rules:
- Do not leave pets unattended in the home unless kenneled.
- Do not let pets on any furniture or beds.
- Pick up after your pet.
- You will be responsible and charged for any damages caused by pets.
* This is a smoke-free property (No smoking or vaping inside or outside, video monitoring enforcement.)
Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $950 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
It is prohibited by law that any kind of open fire whatsoever. You are allowed to use what is provided for you.

* Hot tubs, when provided, operate in compliance with California safety standards, with a
maximum allowable temperature of 104°F (40°C).
* Most check-ins are remote. Access instructions are sent on the day of check-in once the home
is ready. Early entry is not permitted.
