Our Holiday Haven by the Pool

This beautiful townhome with 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms is the perfect home base for your trip to the St George area and Zion National Park. Guests will enjoy clean and comfortable bedrooms, including two king suites and a fun bunk room, each with a private bathroom, Just steps away from the shared heated pool and hot tub, it is the perfect place for families and friends to relax and make memories.

The Space:
Our open living room offers a large sectional sofa and flat screen TV, perfect for gathering. Have fun with an assortment of board games. The fully equipped kitchen features everything you need to cook and share meals together, including a griddle, slow cooker, waffle iron, blender, toaster, coffee pot, and more. The private outdoor patio has a grill, table, and chairs for outdoor dining.

Our bedrooms each have their own bathroom, comfortable beds, walk-in closets, and smart TVs. One master suite is on the main floor. The bunk room includes an X-Box with games, gaming chairs and a giant bean bag. In the bathrooms, you'll find complimentary soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We also have a Pack 'N Play and baby booster seat for our youngest guests.

Pool towels are provided in the laundry room, where you'll find a washer and dryer and complimentary laundry detergent. You'll have an attached 2-car garage for secure, convenient parking, with addition free parking available for cars, RVs and toys.

Whether you’re relaxing after a day of exploring or gearing up for new adventures, this terrific townhome has you covered. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.

🧼The townhome is professionally cleaned before each stay and stocked with fresh linens, towels, and basic essentials.

🚭No smoking or vaping allowed inside the home or anywhere on the premises.

🐾No pets.

🔐Enjoy self-check-in via smart lock – your code will be sent prior to arrival.

🅿️Free parking is available in parking areas. The garage is available for your use, but do not park in front of the garage door.

📺The home has smart TVs – just log into your favorite streaming services.

🔇Please respect quiet hours as this is a residential community.

📦Guest mail delivery is not available – use a local pickup location if needed.
