This property was everything advertised and more. It was perfect for our three families and two little ones. Air conditioning worked awesome and the ice machine and drink refrigerator were just added extras. This is one of our favorite properties and we were glad to get one big enough so we could all stay together. Chris was wonderful to work with and we will definitely be back!

The positives far out weigh any negatives for this property. Its location and beach views/outdoor spaces were great. You will end up spending a lot of time on the balconies. The management company was very responsive and great to deal with. Other positives were the family room is open floor plan and very large, as well as the master b/r. Secondary bedrooms are adequate. There were some minor updates, and newer kitchen appliances. Other than that, the unit is somewhat dated and needs a refresh on furniture and general decor. The main negative is the condo building itself. Everything about the building interior is dated and in bad need of a total renovation, so don’t let that freak you out upon entering the building for the first time. Surprisingly, the condo building exterior has been well cared for. All in all., this is a good rental.

Unparalleled views of the Gulf. You can't get any closer to being on the beach! Low density building - only 3 condos per floor so the beach is not as crowded as most other complexes.

This condo is the nicest condo in the building and the only 4 bedroom!!!
