The rooms and property were very clean and well maintained. Lots of towels for the beach and pool. The host was easy to deal with and communicative. The view was absolutely stunning! The pool was nice, but the hot tub didn't really work. Guy only so-so.

Beautiful property with an even better view of the ocean than I imagined. Chair/umbrella service is available for additional fee, but well worth it. Just walk out of the condos straight to the beach and in your chair. The balcony views were spectacular. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

1540 Jade East was a great property, clean, spacious, and we had everything we needed for dishes, washing and drying, towels, and extra blankets. The views of the ocean and beach were just what we needed and they were awesome. Each family/couple had their own bedroom and bathroom space......excellent floor plan.

The views are amazing! Very peaceful property, fully stocked, and plenty of room to spread out. We traveled with 5 teenagers and 2 adults, and all slept well, had some space and enjoyed the pool and beautiful beach area. There is plenty to do very close to the condo, including walking up the beach to The Back Porch for dinner. We saw dolphins every morning from the patio, while we had coffee. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and certainly have it on our list to return.

Excellent place to stay! The condo was very clean, had great furniture, a lot of space, and perfect views. We loved the pool and the beach was absolutely perfect. One thing to note is the condo is on the 15th floor. It took us a day or two to get used to and we were fine, but if you don’t like heights you should keep this in mind.

Good Location

This property was nice. Great views from the 15th floor balcony. The kitchen was well stocked. Our complaints concern the guest bedrooms. l)mattresses were very uncomfortable and need replacing. 2). Because of the shutters in the guest rooms and bright lights in the outside hallways, the bedrooms were lit up at night making it difficult to sleep.

Thank you for your feedback on your recent stay at our vacation rental property. We appreciate your positive comments about the stunning views from the 15th floor balcony and the well-stocked kitchen. We understand that mattress preferences can vary from person to person, and we take this into consideration when evaluating our amenities. Rest assured, we will promptly check the beds in the guest bedrooms to ensure their comfort meets our guests' expectations. We also apologize for the issue with the shutters in the guest rooms and the bright lights in the outside hallways. We understand that excessive light can affect sleep quality. We will certainly take this into account for future improvements. We value your feedback and are constantly working to enhance the overall guest experience. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.

The views and beach access were awesome. Being that close to a semi-private beach was perfect for the kids. The pool and hot tub were enough for what we needed. The location is about 5 minutes from downtown and all main restaurants. When we got to the unit there was a strong smell of Cajun food that lingered our entire trip. The property manager gave us a can of aerosol spray, but it did very little to mask or eliminate the smell. There was also a lack of enough items for the week. No shampoo was provided, and not enough toilet paper for a week’s stay. The property manager staff was cold towards us at times as well

Loved this vacation home!

This vacation home was roomy and beautifully decorated. The only thing I was disappointed about was the flooring was dirty when we arrived and was noticed due to our 9 month old crawling on the floor and his clothes were dirty from his army crawling on the floor. As the week went on the flooring became uncomfortable with no broom to sweep away sand under feet. Also think the sofa and recliners could use a steam cleaning as you could see the dirt on the light colors. This however was a housekeeping problem, the condo was lovely and the beach beautiful.

Thank you for your recent stay at Jade East Towers. We appreciate your feedback and the 5 star review. We are sorry to hear about the floors and upholstery. Unfortunately, we are not infallible. Whenever there is an issue at our properties, we encourage our guests to inform us immediately. We want to make sure they are taken care of as soon as possible. In response to your review, we have had a broom delivered, scheduled an upholstery cleaning and forwarded your review to our Director of Housekeeping to review our standards with our cleaners. Nice unit And view

The unit was nice and clean . Nice view . The laundry in one of the bedroom/ private bath was a disappointment. Very inconvenient for the other guest having to go thru their bedroom/bath. We had to put our food the first night in coolers as the refrigerator wouldn't cool down after 5 hours . We reported it . The adjoining condo played loud music till late hours the last 2 nights . Felt the condo was overpriced in comparisons to others we have stayed . We come to Destin every year

Beautiful Condo w Amazing Views!

This rental was amazing. From the condo floorplan and the cleanliness to the views and location. The beach was beautiful and clean. The checking in and out were very smooth and simple. Would have to have better understood that you still have to check in with the beach chair service people as soon as you get there. We were told that we had chairs and an umbrella reserved, but you have to request for it to be placed in the loop when you arrive. Other than that, it was amazing! Our whole family absolutley loved the condo and enjoyed our vacation very much!
