Hey Brad! Thank you for choosing to stay at Natural Nook. Thank you for the feedback on the bed. We recently added a box spring for extra comfort, and it did elevate the entire unit. We will look into removing the risers. As for the kitchen floor, I am unsure what you mean by the floor "slopes", but it is an older home, and some natural settling is normal. I am unaware of any sloping that would be of concern in the comfort and safety of the home. Thanks again!

Hello! I'm Ashlie!
First and foremost, I'm a Mama of 4 little people who keep me extra busy. We love to travel & explore together and we enjoy checking out different vacation rentals too!
I am a small business lover, and I have a couple of my own, including this duplex rental that I am using as a vacation home!
You can find me gardening, cooking, thrifting, or tackling a home project. There’s always something that can be dug up, painted, refurbished, or explored.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Please remember that this is a duplex unit and although it sits on a corner lot, in a relatively quiet neighborhood, there can be some noise. It's close to the high school, library, and downtown so you shouldn't experience any late-night ruckus but there can be some hustle and bustle throughout the day. There will be stays when no one will be home next door, and other times you might hear the neighboring door open/close, children playing outside, or the occasional footsteps/noises from above.

この宿泊施設の特徴

This charming home was built in 1900, and this duplex unit still boasts many original features. We also make seasonal changes to the decor to keep the space feeling festive, cozy, and appropriate for the time of year. These special touches may not be present in the standard listing photos. The photos I've provided accurately depict the layout and features of each room in the vacation rental. Please let me know if you have any questions!
