The American Dream house in Boone, Iowa. Discover this 4-bedroom house. With 3 queen beds and 4 twin beds in the 4th bedroom (2 Twins with 2 twin trundles that roll out from under the beds). Comfortably welcoming guests of all kinds. The space features 2 bathrooms, each equipped with a bathtub and/or shower for a relaxing stay. Guests enjoy a nice balance of heating and AC to keep the temperature just right. Whether you’re winding down after a day out or getting ready for an adventure, this gorgeous home offers everything you need. We think our place will help you experience everything Boone has to offer!

Updated and spacious 4 bed home with 2 distinct family gathering spaces and a large kitchen w plenty of storage if you need to cook for a crowd. Loved the firm mattress for a great night’s sleep and 2 large baths. Appreciated the doggie box of extra supplies, if needed. Nice semi-private deck to enjoy good weather. Locally, this home is conveniently located near the Boone RR museum, Rail Explorers and Ledgers State Park. Check out the High Trestle Bridge in Madrid for an evening stroll. Shea & Amy provided a relaxing home away from home to explore the area.

We had a wonderful stay! There was plenty of room for everyone, and the home was very clean and well maintained. The decor was homie and made the space feel warm and inviting. The location was also excellent—convenient and close to everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

The entire experience was awesome. Everything so perfect. It does not have a recliner but the furniture is comfy. If walks could talk, you would hear a lot of family laughter going on.
