This Fraser vacation rental is located just minutes from multiple trailheads, winter recreation opportunities, and the Fraser River. The neighboring city of Tabernash is less than five miles away, while Winter Park Resort, for prime skiing and snowboarding on over 3,000 acres of award-winning terrain, is less than six miles from your door.

Inside, find a sunlit and stylish interior with a well-equipped, full kitchen to one side complete with a suite of stainless steel appliances to help speed up meal prep along with an intimate breakfast bar. Gather for mealtimes or family game nights at the adjacent table and then switch on the gas fireplace and settle into the living area to stream all your favorite TV channels using your own accounts.

After exciting days in the great outdoors, come home and soak your trail-weary muscles in your very own private hot tub with a view of the mountains as the perfect backdrop.

This condo also includes a private washer/dryer to let you pack light for your next exciting vacation here in Fraser!

Wonderful Stay!

My friends and I had a wonderful time at this property for our New Years trip. The property was clean, well equipped and the hot tub was a great addition to our time. Would definitely stay here again!

Three great mountain courses nearby makes for a great weekend for golf. Nearby shopping and restaurants make for comfy dine in or dine out options. Soothing tub tops off the day.

WINTER PARK GET AWAY

This property is well equipped! the appliances are top tier, mattresses are qualitive, and the hot tub is brand new! We had a wonderful experience and truly enjoyed the accommodations! It is close to Winter Park, very conveniently location to the stores and restaurants.
