Relax and unwind at this well‑appointed beach condo located steps away from the Treasure Island public beach access and directly overlooking the intercostal in a boutique building!! Ideal for couples, families, or friends, the property includes a private balcony with intracoastal and pool views, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area with sleeper sofa, fast Wi‑Fi, 3 smart TVs, 2 spacious bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms.

Guests enjoy a designated covered parking spot along with access to the community pool and fishing dock where they can also dock a rental boat. The condo is within walking distance of Publix, restaurants, shops, nightlife, and local attractions, and just a 4‑minute drive to John’s Pass Village & Boardwalk. Guest also enjoy using all beach equipment available at the condo including beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, beach towels and toys!

We loved the view from the balcony. Assigned covered parking and convenience of the elevator made the stay enoyable. Within walking distance of several restaurants. Beach right across the street. Grocery store abd drug store very close to walk to.Ded

I chose this condo because it was perfect for my family. I have two college age kids so the second bedroom with the two beds was perfect. The condo was a lot larger than I even expected. The beach and Publix were footsteps away. This condo is in a prime location. Our host, Joe, responded to messages within 5 minutes which was very impressive. I would definitely book this condo again.

The host responded immediately to communications. The unit is directly accross from beach access, next to Publix grocery, has gorgeous views of Bocca Ciega Bay. It is large, very clean, comfortable beds, 4 TVs, well supplied & nicely decorated. Also just a few blocks to restaurants & stores. The building & pool area are always well maintained, peaceful & quiet. The 2 wagons are a real bonus to cart beach chairs, cooler & towels to the beach. We love this unit & location. Have stayed in it several times and we will definitely be back. Thank you host Joe!

When we arrived the condo was spotless. It's location is perfectly nestled between the gulf and the bay. Parking was super accessible and the owners answered any questions we had before, during, and after our stay within minutes. My family really enjoyed how the area wasn't crowded at all considering its peak season, yet we were within 15 minutes of city vibes as well as family fun. We will definitely be back!
