Turchese Garden Holiday Apartment with Lake View
The ground floor holiday flat is part of a lovely private apartment house with terraces and gardens, nestling in the sunny hillside of the mountain village of Vercana - approx. 3 km from the lake. With large covered panoramic terrace and garden. The private garden with deckchairs invites you to relax and play. In the rural surroundings there are vineyards, meadows, residential houses and the local church, below the house is a service road.
The beaches and water sports facilities are within easy walking distance.
The holiday home is modern and comfortably furnished. The large window facades in the living area give a fascinating view of the lake and the magnificent mountain scenery. The living and sleeping areas have Lombardy tiled floors.
Holiday in an idyllic spot - a wonderful place to retreat and enjoy the tranquillity.
Bella:
Via the staircase you come to the flat entrance, which leads into a small hallway. On the seaside, you enter the large, bright living area with adjoining, well-equipped kitchen and dining area. From the living area you have access to the large, covered terrace and the garden.
The holiday flat has two bedrooms
a large double room and a twin room (bunk bed) with a window to the sunny garden.

An oasis for those seeking peace and quiet and nature lovers, as an ideal starting point for walks, hikes and bike tours in the nearby mountains. Due to the railings in the garden area (see pictures), small children may require increased supervision. Due to the Mediterranean climate and the construction, the holiday flats are recommended all year round. They are only separated by the external staircase, so renting together is ideal.
There is a garage for your holiday flat and a parking space in front of the garage. You can reach your holiday flat from your garage via the external staircase or the lift. Other flats are used privately.
The following costs are to be paid on site:
- Heating according to consumption only when used €1.60/m3
Upon arrival, a security deposit of €150.00 in cash is required, which will be returned to you upon departure.
