The Parkside Villas are just a 2 min bike ride or a leisurely stroll down to Kiawah's stunning beaches and an easy walk or bike ride over to The Sanctuary hotel for dinner. Hop on the bike trails to explore the island or relax at home and enjoy the view, you can't go wrong with this charming location!

As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access;. Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.

Condo with great location and beautiful porch

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was near everything we were doing- pool, Night Heron park, the Nest, etc. The porch was beautiful and we enjoyed sitting especially in the morning to watch wildlife. The furnishings were a bit dated but the beds were comfortable. There was not an ice maker or ice trays - something to keep in mind as ice is not able to be purchased unless you drive outside the gate. Check in, communication, etc were great. Overall it served our purpose well for a last minute weekend getaway.
