Welcome to this charming home perfectly situated on a quiet dead-end road in the heart of the Finger Lakes, perched just above serene Canandaigua Lake. You’ll be just minutes from world-class wineries, CMAC, and the shops and restaurants of downtown Canandaigua—making this an ideal base for exploring everything the region has to offer, from outdoor adventures to culinary experiences.

Whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or enjoying a couples’ getaway, this home is designed for comfort and connection. It features a King bedroom, a Queen bedroom, a Twin trundle bed, and two Queen pull-out sofa, along with two full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. A lower-level kitchenette adds extra convenience for larger groups.

As you enter the home, you’ll find a spacious living room with a queen fold out sofa that flows into a kitchenette, laundry room, full bathroom, trundle bedroom, and dedicated workspace. Upstairs, the main level offers an open-concept kitchen and dining area with a table for six plus additional counter seating. Off the living room are the King and Queen bedrooms along with a full bathroom. On the opposite side, enjoy a cozy sunroom with a Queen pull-out sofa and two oversized chairs—perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

For lake access, enjoy a short walk or a quick drive to the water’s edge. Please note this is a shared, gated lake access area—be sure to bring the key for entry. Docking a boat is strictly prohibited. Swimming and kayaking only. If you would like to rent a boat Canandaigua Boatworks is a half mile up the road.

To ensure a clean, healthy, and respectful environment, all dog owners are required to immediately clean up and properly dispose of their dogs waste on the property. Failure to do so may result in an added fee of $100. Thank you

The place was very clean and had everything you could ask for. It is a short walk to the lake and has a great fenced in area for the dogs if you don't want them off leash in the front yard.
