Boasting a beautiful view of the sea, the vacation home "Casa Luz" is located in La Luz. The 3-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a whirlpool, a garden, an open terrace, a balcony, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.

A parking space is available on the property. Families with children are welcome. Pets are allowed. Air conditioning is not available. Wi-Fi is available and suitable for video calls. Parties are not allowed.

Wonderful

Beautiful space and views. We stayed in early December for 1 week. The house has everything you need and was immaculate when we arrived. Monica is a great host, we had no difficulties in communicating with her and all the instructions were clear. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and it is the perfect place to relax. The location is wonderful; we preferred vs. the most touristic areas in the South of the island because it enables you to easily visit all Tenerife locations. It also gives you a more authentic experience about how living in Tenerife looks like. We would certainly recommend to have a car if you are going to stay around this area. This property has its own private garage which is a plus. The weather was nice but obviously not as warm as in the summer months. But the house was super comfortable and we didn't feel cold. At this time the main street to gain access to the house is undergoing construction. We were able to find an alternative way using google maps without much trouble. You just need to go up a few streets north to La Perdoma. The soccer field is literally next to it, adjacent to the road that you can take to gain access. Overall highly recommended and we would definitely go back to stay in La Luz.

La casa es perfecta, muy bien ubicada, limpia y espaciosa.

Pros: Todo era perfecto, la ubicación, la limpieza, vistas…y la comunicación con Monica fue muy buena. La descripción de la casa era tal como aparece. Sin lugar a dudas la recomendaría Cons: Nada

Schöner Urlaub

Tolles Ferienhaus. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Schöne Räumlichkeiten. Einziger Optimierungsvorschlag: Ferienhaus ist für 8 Personen ausgelegt. Teller, Besteck, Töpfe, Gläser etc. sind in sehr überschaubarer Anzahl vorhanden. Bei Belegung mit 8 Personen müsste die Spülmaschine 2-3 mal täglich laufen. Ansonsten fehlt es an nichts. Vielen Dank an Monika, die sich prima um ihre Gäste kümmert.

Aussergewöhnliches kleines Haus

Pros: Wir waren im Februar 2024 fünf Tage in diesem 2stöckigen Haus an Hanglage oberhalb von Puerto de la Cruz. Garten und Haus sind sehr gepflegt. Sie bezaubern durch einen reizvollen "Landhausstil". Die Gastgeber besitzen offensichtlich viel Sinn für Schönheit. Ausserdem denken sie an jedes kleinste Detail. So ist z.B. die Küche ausgezeichnet bestückt; sogar Früchte lagen in einer Schale. Auch punkto Sicherheit ist das Haus 1A: Das Mietauto wird innerhalb des Gartens parkiert. Ein grosses gusseisernes Tor schützt den Zugang. Wichtig: Wer dieses Haus im Winterhalbjahr bucht, sollte unbedingt warme Hausschuhe dabei haben - Steinfliesen im ganzen Haus! Ebenfalls wichtig: Die Zufahrt zum Auto-Abstellplatz ist etwas verwinkelt. Hier ist ein klein wenig Geduld gefragt. Es lohnt sich! Cons: Wer an warm geheizte Häuser gewohnt ist, sollte wissen, dass dieses bezaubernde Haus einschalig gebaut ist. Das heisst, die Fensterscheiben sind für deutsche und Schweizer Verhältnisse sehr dünn. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter. Herrscht dagegen kältere Witterung, muss man sich schlicht warm anziehen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Die sauberste Unterkunft, die wir je gebucht haben!! Ein sehr liebevoll gestalteter Garten mit Voliere. Sehr ruhige Wohngegend und nette Nachbarn. Das Haus war sehr schön eingerichtet und dekoriert. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin und ihrem Mann war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Sie waren immer erreichbar. Wir werden sicher nochmals buchen.

Casa acogedora para reunirte con amigos

Pros: Tiene mucha luz, mucha zona exterior con barbacoa, azotea con jacuzzi y garaje. Toda la casa es preciosa. Nos encantó. La escogimos para pasar unos días y no será la última. Hemos estado como en casa. Destacar que los anfitriones son super simpáticos y amables.
