Welcome to The Bunkhouse at Big Arm Farm, a peaceful retreat near beautiful Bear Lake where families, friends, and groups can gather, reconnect, and make lasting memories together.

Designed with comfort and connection in mind, this spacious two-story home sleeps up to 18 guests and features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, dedicated workspace, cozy gathering spaces, and an indoor fireplace for relaxing after a day of adventure.

Spend your days boating on Bear Lake, exploring nearby trails and caves, fishing, hiking, or simply enjoying the beauty of southeast Idaho. Back at the farm, take in mountain and farmland views, enjoy coffee in the fresh morning air, gather around the outdoor propane firepit for s'mores under the stars, and unwind in the peaceful countryside.

Fresh linens, towels, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and other essentials are provided to help make your stay comfortable from the moment you arrive. Travel cribs are also available for families traveling with little ones.

We loved our stay here! It’s was perfect for our family trip. Tons of space inside for the group. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of space to park the boat. Fully stocked. Everything was perfect.

We love this location because it offers the perfect balance of convenience, recreation, and peaceful countryside. The Bunkhouse is located just minutes from Bear Lake's popular North Beach, one of the area's most visited beaches. Being on the Idaho side also makes it easy to access the lake without some of the traffic often experienced around the south end of Bear Lake during peak summer weekends.

St. Charles is a great home base for exploring the area, with easy access to Bear Lake, Minnetonka Cave, hiking trails, ATV routes, fishing, boating, and local attractions. Guests are also just a short drive from a market, café, and gas station for supplies before heading out for the day.

After a day of adventure, return to peaceful farm and mountain views and enjoy the quiet atmosphere of the countryside.
