Very modern townhouse with fantastic views close to beach and town Casa Levante is a terraced house completed in 2021 with modern furnishings and all comforts. On the ground floor there is the living room with dining area and the large fantastically furnished kitchen as well as a guest toilet. On the first floor are the two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds, each with its own ensuite bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning (cold and hot) so that the house can be used all year round. There is space on the property to park a small or medium sized car, but in the low season there is plenty of parking on the doorstep. There are terraces both in front of the house and behind it, so you will always find the right sunny or shady spot. The most beautiful spot is the private roof terrace with fantastic sea views all the way to the Trafalgar lighthouse and, on a clear day, all the way to the coast of Africa. The location of Casa Levante could not be better: It is only a few minutes' walk to the beach or the centre of Conil.

Casa Levante is an excellent property, located only 5mins walk from the beach or the town of Conil. The property was spotlessly clean on arrival. The extensive exterior communal space is a bonus - we saw wonderful sunrises and sunsets from the roof terrace. Bedrooms were a good size and the beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Parking was ok, some days it was very busy on the road outside but the property has a private space for a small/medium sized car. We used the regional guide provided by Casa De La Luz and had a wonderful week in the sun!

Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen

Was uns sehr gefallen hat: Die Küche, in der wir gerne viele leckere Gerichte zubereitet haben. Es gibt gute Küchengeräte und allen Zubehör. Eine geschmackvolle Einrichtung, bequeme Matratzen, moderne Bäder und viel Platz auf der Dachterrasse machen den Aufenthalt zu einem Genuss. In wenigen Minuten waren wir zu Fuß am Strand oder in Dorfkern. Das Haus ist eine absolute Empfehlung.

Sehr gemütliche, saubere und voll ausgestattete Reihenwohnung mit absolut genialer Dachterasse, die wir sehr genossen haben. Sehr gut gelegen, in kurzer Laufdistanz ins Zentrum von Conil oder an die Strände!

Schönes Haus in toller Lage

Wir haben tolle entspannte 4 Wochen im Casa Levante verbracht und uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist super und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Allerdings etwas hellhörig. Die Lage am Stadtrand ist top und alles ist fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Traumhafte Strände. Wir können das Casa Levante wärmsten empfehlen Toller Urlaub und wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen!!

Ein Traum

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienapartment war absolut traumhaft! Die Lage direkt in der Nähe vom Strand war einfach unschlagbar. Die Ausstattung des Apartments ließ keine Wünsche offen. Besonders beeindruckend war die atemberaubende Dachterrasse, von der aus man einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf die Umgebung und das Meer hat. Die Möglichkeit, den Mietwagen in einem Garagenstellplatz unterzubringen, war ein weiterer Pluspunkt und gab mir ein zusätzliches Gefühl von Sicherheit. Die Einrichtung des Apartments war modern, stilvoll und zugleich gemütlich. Es war offensichtlich, dass hier viel Liebe zum Detail investiert wurde, um den Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Die gesamte Atmosphäre war einladend und ich fühlte mich sofort wohl. Ich kann dieses Ferienapartment uneingeschränkt empfehlen und werde mit Sicherheit wiederkommen, wenn ich erneut einen erholsamen Urlaub am Strand verbringen möchte. Vielen Dank für diese wunderbare Erfahrung!"
