One of our favorite things about the house is how calm and tucked away it feels while still being close to everything. We love spending time by the pool, enjoying the mountain views, and relaxing in the home’s warm Southwestern spaces. The house sleeps up to 6 guests and is minutes from the University of Arizona, Banner UMC, downtown Tucson, local dining, and shopping.

The main living room includes adobe-style details, Saltillo tile floors, comfortable seating, and a Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies. A separate back den provides an additional space to spread out, watch TV, read, or unwind after a day exploring Tucson.
Warm Southwestern textures, colorful accents, and natural light throughout the home give the space an authentic Tucson feel without sacrificing comfort or practicality.

☆☆ OUTDOOR SPACE ☆☆ The private backyard is one of our favorite parts of the property. Guests have exclusive access to the fenced pool area, outdoor dining space, lounge chairs, and BBQ grill during their stay. The pool is not heated.
The yard offers a relaxed setting for swimming, grilling, or enjoying Tucson’s warm evenings and mountain views.
Please do not use glass near the pool area.

☆☆ GETTING AROUND ☆☆ Most guests prefer having a car while visiting Tucson. The home includes driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles, plus additional free street parking nearby. Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are widely available, and Sun Tran and Sun Link provide public transportation connections through central Tucson.
☆☆ PLEASE NOTE ☆☆ • Primary guest must be 25 years or older and present for the duration of the stay. • No parties or events permitted. • Quiet hours are from 9PM–8AM. • No smoking permitted anywhere on the property. • Pool is not heated. • Only 1 dog up to 25 lbs is permitted with a $50 pet fee. • Please do not bring glass near the pool area.
☆☆ YOUR HOST ☆☆ Your hosts, Bree & Claude, are native Tucsonans & do not live at the property but are located nearby. We're happy to make area recommendations & want to ensure you have the best possible stay. We can be reached by message or phone between the hours of 9AM-8PM Tucson time.
☆☆ GUEST ACCESS ☆☆ Guests have full access to the entire house, including the kitchen, laundry area, enclosed yard, and private pool.
☆☆ HOUSE RULES ☆☆ • Primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay. • No third-party bookings. The person making the reservation must be staying at the property. • No parties or events. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate cancellation without refund. • Excessive cleaning, trash removal, or damage resulting from unauthorized gatherings will be charged accordingly. • Maximum occupancy strictly enforced. • 1 small dog only (25 lbs or less, fully grown). $50 pet fee must be added prior to arrival. • Undisclosed pets will result in an additional $150 fee. • This is a smoke-free property (including vaping). • Longer stays may be approved on a case-by-case basis.
