Guests will appreciate the comfortable sleeping arrangements with one full bed and one queen bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed but will not be accessible unless guest request it for Extra $65 per night . Whether you’re cooling off or warming up, the apartment offers both air conditioning and heating for your comfort. This delightful spot invites you to unwind after a day of exploring. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling. Newburgh waterfront is a short walk or drive for Buzzing restaurants , jet skiing. boating ,fishing , bbq in park, museum and galleries, historic buildings ,George Washington headquarters and Park. Hikers paradise just a ten minute drive
Skiing just 50 minutes drive north to the catskills region. Small Queint towns just a few miles north, woodstock, Saugherties ,Old RHinebeck, kingston. New Paltz, Poughkeepsie which has a walk bridge across the Hudson River - scenic .

Very clean apartment, and very good communication with the host, who was wonderful. They're clearly still working on some upgrades to the place: trim missing, tape on the walls etc. That didn't bother me, but it may bother some. It's not located in a great neighborhood. We didn't have any issues, but again, that may turn some people off.

Hello Guest thank you for your honesty. we have since fixed the base moldings. Most people get their information on the internet which does not paint a good picture of the neighborhood . That report was from the distant past and does not reflect the actual area that I have come to know for the past ten years and it is only getting better. It might still look rustic, but we/they are trying to preserve History in its original form. lets pray and hope you visit again to experience over 250 years of history in this beautiful oldest historic DIstrict which captures the beauty of some of the most famous architects in USA. This Area- Newburgh represented amazing structures before and after the midcentury . They have chosen Newburgh to build and represent the history of Architectural design for future generations . It was also the hub for all the manufacturing for the country .We just have to be patient and understand why such a wealthy city went South for the past 60 years . The Best is yet to come.

The Neighbourhood is in proximity to many General Aviation Airport that I frequently landed. its also along the Hudson River that has many great Restaurants,
Stewart Airport international , Old RHinebeck Airport, Kingston, Poughkeepsie International, Columbia , SKy Acre, and many others Private Airports. The Greenary is amazing from above and at the surface - no wild fires .

Walk to Waterfront- Hilly roads. My Building was built in 1890 and renovated with new kitchens and baths ,very long- 70 feet in length- privacy to guests who are resting from guests who are engaged watching TV or Chatting. Across from a children's park and Church which allow for quiet nights and days except for some summer nights. Very Sunny all day
