Skiing just 50 minutes drive north to the catskills region. Small Queint towns just a few miles north, woodstock, Saugherties ,Old RHinebeck, kingston. New Paltz, Poughkeepsie which has a walk bridge across the Hudson River - scenic .

The Neighbourhood is in proximity to many General Aviation Airport that I frequently landed. its also along the Hudson River that has many great Restaurants,
Stewart Airport international , Old RHinebeck Airport, Kingston, Poughkeepsie International, Columbia , SKy Acre, and many others Private Airports. The Greenary is amazing from above and at the surface - no wild fires .

Walk to Waterfront- Hilly roads. My Building was built in 1890 and renovated with new kitchens and baths ,very long- 70 feet in length- privacy to guests who are resting from guests who are engaged watching TV or Chatting. Across from a children's park and Church which allow for quiet nights and days except for some summer nights. Very Sunny all day
