Welcome to Endless Summer ’77 — a retro-inspired surf cottage with classic beach-town charm near Hampton Beach.

After a day in the sun, unwind in a laid-back space inspired by classic surf culture, ocean air, and endless summer nights. Perfect for couples, weekend getaways, concerts, and beach vacations.

A few honest notes:

This is a cozy cottage — 528 sq ft means you'll share the space, not disappear into it. The queen bed is the only traditional sleeping setup; the sofa bed and trundle are comfortable but best suited to kids or light sleepers who brought their own tired-from-the-beach exhaustion. If you're a group of four adults who all want a real bed, this probably isn't your spot. If you're two people who want a charming place one block from the ocean, it's exactly your spot.

Had an amazing stay! The place was cute, clean and exactly what I was looking for. I will book here again. The only downfall was parking. The spot if very small and not easy to navigate.

Born and raised on the coast in Newburyport, Massachusetts, so the pull of a good beach town runs pretty deep. I host because I love the idea of people finding the same thing in this place that I did — a little nostalgia, a little fun, and the beach just a block away.

One block from the beach, one block from good food and a lively night out — it's hard to beat that. I chose this neighborhood because everything you'd want from a beach vacation is right outside the door without any of the chaos of being directly on the strip. You get the best of both worlds: a beautiful space to relax, wake up and walk to breakfast, spend the day on the sand, and never once have to get in the car. That's the dream, and this neighborhood delivers it every time.

From the private deck you can feel the salt air before you even make it to the sand, and the beach is just a short walk away when you're ready.
