Prepare for a fun-filled ski-cation with the entire family at this warm and welcoming, two-level condo with a gas fireplace, full kitchen, and room for up to six guests. When the snow is falling, walk or ski to the lifts and hit the slopes of Dollar Mountain. In the summer, enjoy the many deluxe amenities available through the Sun Valley Elkhorn Association (SVEA) including a shared pool, hot tub, tennis courts, golf, and more.

This home is situated in the center of the Indian Springs development just three miles east of downtown Ketchum. If visiting when the snow is just right, guests can ski over to the Elkhorn Ski Lifts and ride up to enjoy the beginner and intermediate runs of Dollar Mountain. As this community is located on the bus route, access to other Sun Valley ski areas is safe and easy. In warm weather, take a trip over to River Run Lodge at the south end of Ketchum for hiking and lift-assisted mountain biking. And no visit to this area would be complete without spending a little time in downtown Ketchum, where you'll discover superb restaurants, quaint shops, lush gardens, art galleries, and year-round festivities.

Back at your rental, plan out your days then put your feet up and watch a favorite show or movie on the two cable TVs. With the addition of a well-equipped, full kitchen, you can save some money and indulge in a little home cooking or just brew up your morning coffee before you head out on the slopes. Guests also have access to several seasonal amenities through the Sun Valley Elkhorn Association (SVEA) including a shared pool, multiple tennis courts, a hot tub, and discounts on golfing.

Things to Know
This condo was renovated with new furniture and flooring throughout in May of 2025.
Community amenities are provided by Elkhorn in Sun Valley and have periods of closure. Golf and tennis are closed from November 1 through May 1, this is weather dependent and could be extended or shortened at the discretion of the association with/without cause or notice.

Beautiful landscaping and excellent location with amenities. Clean and relaxing space, perfect for our family. Bathrooms need a refresh, very old, no tub stopper upstairs and toilet broke downstairs and no one could come fix it.

Thank you for staying with us and for the helpful review. We're so glad you enjoyed the beautiful landscaping, the location and amenities, and the clean, relaxing space for your family. We're sorry the downstairs toilet broke and that no one was able to come fix it during your stay. That isn't the response we want any guest to experience. Thank you also for the notes about the missing tub stopper upstairs and the bathrooms feeling dated, which we're keeping in mind as we look at the space. We appreciate you taking the time to share this, and we hope to have the chance to do better.

Great location! Condo is quite outdated and the beds were squeaky and not very comfortable. Grateful for the fan we found in the closet!
