Enjoy tranquility by the sea at this charming condo located in the beautiful beach town of Wells. Perfect for a romantic getaway or a small family vacation, this delightful retreat boasts many amenities you're sure to love in the perfect location by the sea.

Take advantage of the shared amenities which include an outdoor pool, Ping-Pong, and a fitness center. Inside, relax with loved ones in the comfy living room after a fun day exploring the local attractions. The well-appointed kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances and all the counter space you'll need to prepare wonderful meals for everyone to enjoy.

Sleep well in either bedroom that has been outfitted with your comfort in mind. Additional highlights include a private washer/dryer, cable TV, and central air conditioning.

This home is located on the southern coast of Maine, and you'll be just a shore drive away from 5 beaches in Wells and Ogunquit, along with its famed antique stores and downtown.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

The pool will open this summer from mid-May through mid-September, weather permitting.

Perfect place to stay! The condo was spacious and clean with a full size kitchen perfect for cooking. The location was great with only a few minute drive to either downtown Ogunquit or down to Wells beach. Overall wonderful experience!

A very nice stay

This place hasn’t got plug-in smells to cover up bad smells. I appreciate the sheets and linens not having that all pervasive toxic smell that comes with many detergents and dryer sheets. We always use unscented. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Great location, quick drive to the beach and to Ogunquit downtown area. Communication with Vacasa was super efficient. The condo was great for our family of 6. Pool and clubhouse were a great plus too. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay for the family

Really enjoyed the condo, has everything you need for a great stay in Wells. Very close to beaches and good restaurant options in Ogunquit. The condo is a perfect size even for a larger family (we were 6). Very quiet at night. Definitely recommend.

Great location, was clean and looks updated. 2 issues: 1. Toilet would not fill properly. We had to lift lid and trip the valve. Host said it will be fixed. 2. Could use a better mattress in master bedroom. Otherwise place is great!

The property was clean, it was 2 bedrooms, 1 bath as advertised. The kitchen is large and well stocked with cooking attire. The bed on the non bunk room was horribly uncomfortable, I am not sure what is wrong with it but I have not felt a bed this uncomfortable in years. The door only has a pad key lock, there is no way to lock the door from the inside. While the key pad does lock automatically when you close the door, there is no way to lock the door yourself. This causes a few issues, 1. The owner or manager or anyone that knows the code could come in at anytime- this felt uncomfortable, and 2. Small children can open the door whenever they want- usually a deadbolt or similar locks prevents the ease of littles opening the door. Another issue is the large sliding doors in the living room that are windows do not have a privacy curtain, this felt like we were on display all the time. The only place to hang towels was by the door going outside, we hung beach towels and shower towels here. There is no hand towel hook in the bathroom, and only room to hang 1 towel in the bathroom. The shower is extremely hard to use. The checkin process is odd, you have to be there during the office business house which is difficult. Of note, you are monitored indoors for sound decibels and by camera at the door by the owners. Also on 3rd floor,no elevatorOverall, this condo is in a fantastic location, you have a view of the ocean and the river. It has a lot of potential, was not our favorite.

Modern, new, clean, close to everything you may need. The clubhouse and pool were a good option for the kids to have on overcast days. 5 minute walk to trolley stops. Had everything we needed for a homey stay. Would stay here again.

First time at this particular property second time at this overall location. Great spot, clean, great amenities, no complaints. If things were missing the team was responsive. Would go back and stay again.

Great Condo in Wells, Maine

This 2 bedroom, one bath condo is super! It’s neat and clean, and very well appointed. Beds were comfortable. It was wonderful to have in-condo laundry!!! The location is perfect for touring southeast Maine. Traffic can get heavy but the condo is well-located and not impacted by vehicle noise. We would definitely stay here again!

Let the arrivals know that the property is on the 3rd floor and how to handle a late check-in process. Also, some kind of shelf in the shower would be great. The big vent in the living room needs a good cleaning. Otherwise, the property was beautiful and well kept.

Overall, the property is acceptable with an eat-in kitchen (best feature) and good location for our needs. AC was efficient, water temp was hot when needed. Manuel, the service man. Property is 3 floors up-be aware of steps and not lighted at night so you need to be very careful. Several items need attention: -Black mold on bottom of shower door and tile grout -Toilet runs every 45 minutes-possible flapper valve leak -Mounted towel rack is loose -Very dirty HVAC return vent on high wall-problematic for asthmatics -Washer throws several cups of water onto floor when small load is run on normal and casual cycles-Manuel checked this.

We stayed 3 days and there was no hot water for showers. The resort was closed, we were the only ones there besides an owner nex door. There was a snow storm, we didn't have a shovel to dig us out, I had to clear 3 flights of stairs with a 3' broom. There was an additional owner fee over the VRBO per night fee plus a resort fee! There was a garage but the key didn't work to open it, maybe it was frozen shut not sure. There were other issues but the no hot water was enough for me to say Never again!

The shower handle does have to be pulled out a certain way to access the hot water, so we are adding guest notes regarding correct use. The snow removal is supposed to be handled by the HOA. The property itself was great and the location very close to Ogunquit about a 6 minute drive. The property switched host partners so check in and check out were difficult. The new company never reached out on Vrbo the day of check in or check out with instructions on how to get into the property, I had to go hunting in my emails. Checking out I just guessed to what was expected based on experience in the past. Other than that we enjoyed our stay in the area.

Exactly what we needed.

This was the perfect place for the five of us, the youngest being 15. Nice and bright and very clean. Staff was very helpful. Great location for trips to the beach, boardwalk, York, Ogunquit. Just a reminder that this is the third floor and the only way there is stairs. We had zero issues - well lit, well maintained - but if you have issues with stairs this may not be the place for you.

Clean and convenient location

Clean, comfortable and quiet stay in a convenient location to Wells, Ogunquit and Kennybunk 20 minutes up the road. The rain shower plus 2 heads is awesome. The kitchen has pots, pans and utensils for home cooking. We did not use the community pool but it was open, clean and in use.
