When it comes to entertainment, this condo is playing no games. Discover access to various entertaining amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a tennis court, golf on-site, and a game room with a Ping-Pong table and pool table. The location of this condo is simply unbeatable; it's just a short drive from Stowe and Spruce Peak ski areas!

This retreat is perfect for anyone, no matter whether you are visiting with the family, your closest friends, or couples. Curl up by the gas fireplace and stream everyone's favorite movie or series on the smart TV in the living room. If you plan on working from home or joining some video calls, the free high-speed WiFi and internet will have your back, even though you're on vacation! Put on the chef's apron for mealtime and surprise your guests with your signature dish. The kitchen is well-equipped with all major appliances, including a Keurig coffee maker and a dishwasher that will make cleaning up a breeze. Very clean, everything worked, pool and hot tub and sauna were very nice, easy parking. Rooms were very nice and as pictured, well-kept. Game room was open and is coin-operated. Very close to restaurants and town bike path.

Great base to explore Stowe VT!

We spent two nights and wished we'd booked it for a week. Very convenient to hiking and sightseeing around Stowe, Waterbury and more. Comfortable and cozy with plenty of space for a family or group, with an indoor and outdoor pool and recreation room just a few steps away. Would (and hopefully will) return!

Great location

Loved the location and facility (very comfortable beds) but the pool, spa, hot tub, and game room were always closed when we were there after skiing (closed at 4 PM or closed completely)....and that's why we chose this location, so that was a disappointment.

Summer in VT

We have rented this property for several years. We love the location and how it sits in the complex. We can watch our children play in the pool or on the tennis court while sitting on the back stoop. This property has many recent additions that make it very comfortable and easy for 2 families to share. New AC, living room furniture, bathrooms and in unit washer and dryer make this a comfortable unit for 4 adults and several children. :)

Great condo

Stayed here to ski Stowe with husband and friend. Great condo with plenty of room. Very clean, nice towels and linens and hooks everywhere! Kitchen is well equipped. Will def be back. Thank you.

A nice place, but the pool and game room were closed although we called before to verify

We specifically chose this place because it had an indoor pool and game room, and we called ahead to verify that, but realized they were closed when we arrived. During the stay Vacasa didn't return our call on that matter.

Great place

We stayed here for 3 nights just before Christmas. The place was very clean. The layout of the rooms is good. Kids liked the loft. The amenities are good. The best part is it is close to Stowe mountain ski and there are quite a few nearby shops and restaurants. The host is very responsive.

Excellent stay

Great deal. Clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities needed. Beds were comfortable. Living space warm and inviting. Bathrooms were so nice! Communication was great. Can’t wait to stay again. Thank you for a comfortable stay! Oh, and the location was great. Minutes from things to do but out of the way of any hustle and bustle about town.

Convenient and Clean

The condo was ready for early check in and it was easy to get in. When we arrived we walked through and found the condo to be very clean. Great location with easy access to everywhere in Stowe. We ate out for lunches and dinners. We had everything we needed to make all our breakfasts. The pools and spas were all in great shape too.

Great Condo!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this condo very much. It was very clean and fresh. The kitchen is fully stocked. Nice big TV in living area for relaxing in the evenings. Peaceful area. There is plenty of room to spare! The location is awesome.I was also able to use the washer and dryer in our condo to wash our clothes before returning home. We hope to return in a couple of years and will definitely try to book this condo again.

A lot of these units need repair to bring up to standards

These units are ok But many need to be refreshed brought up to an acceptable quality Torn wall paper peeling everywhere. I am in the construction business and things like this are just huge breeding grounds for mold Especially with no AC or ventilation in any unit

A few issues

Only one room key, when I inquired was told that's all there is. No pool towels, when I inquired was told Vacasa doesn't supply them, I've been staying at the Village Green for years and pool towels are always in the unit.

Lovely Stowe townhouse

This rental was perfect for our week long trip to Stowe. It was very clean, and in a prime location in the development, right next to the tennis courts and pools. If you’re looking for a very quiet place, this might not be the best unit for you because you do hear the kids playing in the pool and the pop of tennis balls on racquets, but we didn’t mind, and loved the convenience. The townhouse was very spacious for a two bedroom, and the loft was great for the kids. The kitchen was small but functional and had all the kitchen supplies needed to stay in and cook. It was very hot when we visited but the townhouse stayed pretty cool with the windows open and fans on. Four stars instead of 5 only because the townhouse is a bit dated, with peeling wallpaper in the kitchen and bathrooms.

The 80s weren't that good the first time

First off, I scheduled this not so blast from the past on this app, and it did not mention ANYWHERE that it had no air conditioning. The Vacasa site - which I didn't even know was an app until I was invited to it after scheduling this place - marks that it has no A/C. Major error which I didn't discover until I checked in - way too late to fix anything. Had that info been available to me, I *never* would have stayed here to give this review. The politest thing I can say is that the 80s called, they want their wallpaper and decor back. I hope I can post pictures...the wallpaper was peeling off the walls (probably due to being steamed in the stuffy closed up sweat box they call a condo). The mattresses were so far beyond firm, I'd like to compare them to a cinder block, but it wasn't quite that hard. I recognized the bedspread, I had almost the exact same one as a kid...you should donate it to a museum and get something made within the last 20 years. The sheets were clean. The towels were by far the nicest things in this condo. The floor tiles are lovely, but the grout was cracked and chunks missing to the extent my toe got cut when I stubbed it. Please fix. The owners suite bathroom tub/shower - I prefer not to be more up close and personal with a curtain than my spouse. Let's try something an adult can fit in. The rules say you can't open any windows - fine for winter, but this is summer and it was a hot, stuffy, & extremely unpleasant stay in the condo time forgot.
Living room furniture, rather uncomfortable. Needs updating.
Main bathroom ceiling. Not sure what happened here, but needs some love.
Wallpaper in owner's suite bathroom was peeling off everywhere.
Kitchen wallpaper also peeling.

No complaints. The towels were by far the nicest things in this condo. There were enough of them for the 7 days we were there, they were thick, absorbent, and relatively soft. If you could consider placing toilet paper that is at least two ply in the bathrooms, I'm sure everyone who has the displeasure to stay here will appreciate it. Oh, if you get a chance maybe consider moving the toilet paper holder so it isn't shoving into one's side while they try to use the bathroom? While I'm on the subject of bathrooms, can we talk about the shower? I realize that a tub shower combo kind of knocks out two birds with one stone, but ONLY if it's wide enough to fit an adult! The shower curtain should never get more up close and personal than my significant other. Please when you remove the peeling wallpaper, maybe think about putting in just a shower. Leave the tub in the other bathroom, but give the adults something they can fit in without being molested by the curtain. The tile floors, while older, are still in moderately good shape and look nice - IF you fix the holes in the grout. Again, this is probably an issue of the house getting cold and then cooking in the sun causing grout to expand and contract and crack, but it needs dealt with. I stubbed my toe on the one big hole in the grout (near kitchen peninsula) and cut it...so this isn't just a decor issue, but a safety issue. When we arrived we found a couple of dead bugs and there was some trash on the floor under the beds. Nothing extreme, but unpleasant to find. The pots and pans were minimal - one skillet, one pot. Appliances included a toaster whose settings no longer work, a coffee machine, and a Keurig k-cup machine. The fridge needs a new filter - the light was on when we arrived. We did not use the ice or water from the fridge since the filter was red. The stove worked well for an older style gas stove. I prefer a gas stove so I was pleased with it. Older isn't a problem if the stuff works. There is a microwave above the stove, we didn't use it. The chairs at the table - I remember these from when I was a kid too! They were at my mom's table! They are still sturdy and well made and not in need of an update except maybe for style, but honestly that's probably unnecessary. The credenza along the wall of the dining room/table space was a solid piece and nice, if outdated. If you updated the living room furniture (sofa and chairs), the table, credenza, end tables, coffee table, and dining chairs would all be fine. The TV's supposedly have cable, but I never found the right settings to get any TV channels even after foll...
