With summer just around the corner, this two-story townhome is the perfect getaway for enjoying the best of both worlds. Spend your days lounging inside or dining alfresco on the patio, which comes fully equipped with a teak table, chairs, and a gas grill.

Imagine yourself relaxing in the cozy living room with the fireplace keeping you warm. When you're ready to explore, bring your mountain bike or rent from Pinnacle Sports right around the corner and you will be right on the Stowe recreation trail. In the winter you'll be just a 10-minute drive from the renowned Stowe Mountain Resort or strap on your cross country skis right across the street for the Stowe Recreation trail.

Back at the property, you can indulge in a soak in the indoor pool or hot tub in the main building just a 2 minute walk from our unit, or curl up by the fireplace with a good book and the free WiFi or games. Prepare delicious meals in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, outdoor grill, and all the necessary appliances and utensils. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table, or step outside to the porch and dine al fresco surrounded by the serene natural beauty.

When it's time to unwind, you'll find a smart TV with satellite/cable channels, a game room with a pool table and ping pong table, and a selection of games to keep you entertained. With two bathrooms, towels, basic soaps, a hair dryer, and an iron and board, you'll have all the essentials for a comfortable stay. And with air conditioning, heating, and linens provided, you can rest easy in the cozy home away from home.

Stayed a week at this place and everything worked out exactly as planned. Check in was easy, condo was spacious, beds comfortable and felt like home. I’ve stayed at this resort many times so I’m very familiar with the area and amenities. Close to the mountain, restaurants, Stowe Rec path, Ben and Jerry’s and more. Enjoyed the week and can’t wait to return!

Our second year staying here. Great location. Walkable to Idletyme and Piecasso if it’s not too cold out. Also a short drive to the center of town or the mountain. Well cared for unit with everything you need.

Fantastic property with plenty of room and very comfortable. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Beds were great. All furniture looked new and was in good shape.There was no hot tub.

The location is incredible and the main level is very comfortable. The kitchen is small but well equipped. We didn't realize that the bedrooms and bathrooms were upstairs which was a bit inconvenient but the property, though slightly dated, was very well maintained and very clean.

We had a great experience! Perfect location . . . a short walk to the beautiful Stowe Recreational Path, close to shops, restaurants, activities, and a short drive to Stowe Village. The property is very clean and comfortable! Property owner Paul was great, very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

The townhouse was lovely. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The owners are very generous with what they provide in the house eg: dishwashing pods, laundry detergent, coffee pods, salt, pepper, etc. I have been in VRBOs where there is minimal to nothing provided. I hope people renting the house don't take advantage of the owners kindness making them feel like they can't continue to do it. The townhouse was clean and comfortable and I really appreciated that the code for the door was my phone number. How easy was that!

We love to travel and Stowe is our favorite place to come and unwind. Such a relaxed atmosphere and is a true year round destination. Winters and spring of course for the skiing, Summers for the hiking, tennis and swimming holes, and there is nothing as breathtaking as a fall in the green mountains.

The Village Green is close to everything. We can walk to our favorite restaurants, get on the recreation trail to bring us into town or just relax on our patio with a glass of wine.

The Village Green is one of the most sought after locations in Stowe due to its location and quality of life. Our Townhouse has been renovated to include laundry, AC and all the comforts of home for one or two couples to enjoy. When we search for places to stay, we always look for a king size bed. We have two in our townhouse.
