Beautiful Riverfront Townhome, Steps to Historic Downtown Stowe

Welcome to Riverfront Pines!
Located at River Court on the Little River in the heart of Stowe. This updated, beautifully appointed townhome has 2 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths and a loft. Perfect for couples, small families or friends in a very convenient location just steps from the quaint town of Stowe.
Walk to great restaurants, shops and the Stowe Rec. Path.
The Village Market is located just across the parking lot should you need anything. It is only a short walk to catch the free Stowe Shuttle to take you to and from the Stowe Mountain Ski Resort or take a 13 minute drive. The Ski Resort offers many fun activities in the summer months as well. For bicyclists, you can safely store your bicycles on the bike rack in the garage.

After a day of sightseeing, hiking, biking, skiing or snowmobiling, unwind by the roaring fireplace with the flick of a switch and relax on our new dual recliner sofa and recliner loveseat.
Featuring 2 private decks that overlook the Little River and a wall of pine trees as a backdrop. After a day of adventure, enjoy the quiet, serene surroundings with a good book or beverage. In the summer, enjoy a nearby swimming hole.

Free Wi-Fi is provided along with 3 flat screen TV’s equipped with Amazon fire sticks for streaming Stowe Cable or any of your favorite services.
The main floor has a full spacious kitchen completely stocked with cookware, utensils, plates, glasses, spices, etc., a dining area, bathroom and large living room with a gas fireplace. The spacious loft is set up as a home office with a desk and color printer should you need to work remotely. It can also be a third sleeping area with a futon that sleeps two. The loft and main floor are air conditioned as well as the lower level.
The lower level has two queen bedrooms. The main bedroom offers sliding doors to one of the two decks. Drift off to sleep with the sound of the gently rippling waters of the river. Each bedroom has its own mini split air conditioner. Each bedroom also has its own TV and private bathroom. Each bathroom has heated towel racks and shower heads with a hand held sprayer also. The primary bedroom bath has a jetted tub. The lower level also has a separate laundry room complete with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Quality linens and towels are provided as well as shampoo, conditioner, body wash and many other little extras.

The townhouse was lovely, the location cannot be beat, its steps away from the main street in Stowe, anything we needed or wanted to do was within walking distance. Even with such a central location the place was quite where you can enjoy the sound of the creek from the back porch. Thank you for a great stay.

Condo is great. Just a pictured. Perfect location, easy walking to restaurants in Stowe. Grocery store just steps away. Chas was super helpful and contacted us several times to check in and see if we needed anything! Overall great place to stay!

A cozy retreat in town

Chas and Jeanette's condo was perfect for our ski weekend. The location couldn't be better, walkable to a grocery store, restaurants, and shops in beautiful downtown Stowe. The fireplace was a nice perk and the views of the river out back were very nice. Beds were comfortable!

Great Place - Great location

This was a great condo within walking distance to town and all it had to offer. Plenty of amenities, especially if you like to cook while on vacation. Would return for another visit in the future.

Downtown Gem

This was a delightful condo in the heart of Stowe. Also the best equipped VRBO I've seen (and I've been to plenty). The best feature (besides the foreplace) was the comfortable deck overlooking the river. A wonderful place to chill at night after a long hike.

Peaceful, cozy & in town

Perfect cozy space for our family gathering to ski, explore Stowe and play games by the easy ignite gas fireplace. The picturesque window facing the stream was the perfect backdrop complete with watching a fox navigate along the woods edge. We will definitely be back!

home away from home

stowe is a yearly trip for us and riverfront pines is our favorite place to stay! location couldn't be better. our hosts Chaz and Jeanette are always accessible and helpful, we love being in the heart of stowe! we have even stayed on the mountain before but we prefer it here. always clean, love being on the river, love being able to walk to everything downtown..this place is a no brainer and we look forward to our next visit!

Great place to call home for a week

This condo is the ideal location to everything in Stowe. We walked or rode our bikes to just about everything. This condo has every amenity you could possibly want. Chas and Jeanette are excellent hosts. Communication was great. I highly recommend Chas and Jeanette’s condo to anyone looking to be close to everything in Stowe.

Stowe Riverfront Town Home

This accomodation was perfect. It was right in the heart of the shops of downtown and a grocery store next door. It was clean, well appointed, and had all the creature comforts of a home away from home. We were so pleased. Just take food and beverage and be ready to enjoy a very relaxing time.

Wonderful and Clean!

I stayed in the townhouse this past weekend with my three friends for a ski weekend. The townhouse was exactly as described and very clean. Jeanette and Chas were fantastic hosts and checked in to make sure everything was satisfactory. We already re-booked another weekend next winter! Highly recommend.

Perfect winter break location for our family of five.

A really lovely property, perfect for our winter break. the accommodation was surprisingly spacious and practical but at the same time cozy and homely. It was perfect for our winter break and with the river running at the back of the property, I am sure it will be just as perfect in the summer. The location is great, with stores and restaurants within easy walking distance even on the coldest of nights. Would highly recommend and intend to return whenever in the area. thank you.

Great place centrally located in Stowe

Went for a ski trip, place was very well located. We were able to walk to a couple restaurants (others were a short 5-10 min drive) as well as the shuttle that takes you to Stowe Mountain. Chas and Jeanette responded nearly instantaneous to all of our questions. Not just during our stay but also after our stay when I left an item behind. They were very quick to have it shipped overnight. Everything was well kept and clean. Even with the cold temperatures the showers had no problem holding temperatures or pressure. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great winter getaway!

I can not say enough about this great downtown property in Stowe. Everything worked perfectly and the location is great. The bedrooms are on the first level with private bathrooms. The living room and kitchen are on the 2nd level but we never heard any noise. It is walking distance to the grocery store as well as several wonderful restaurants. Check-in and check-out were seamless. We arrived the day of a big snowstorm and we were even allowed to check-in several hours early. The hosts were readily available, if needed. If your planning a trip to New England, you will not go wrong with this property!

Can't Wait to Return!

This condo was FANTASTIC! The location couldn't have been more perfect. Walking distance to all the shops in town, yet also right on the river. It has 2 decks overlooking the water, which were perfect for drinking coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening and listening to the river run. There's a grocery store just a few steps away for anything you might need. The place was very clean and the bed was extra comfy. Jeanette and Chas have done such a nice job setting this up with so many little thoughtful touches, like a towel warmer in the bathroom, fans for the bedrooms, and a home office perfect if you want to work remotely. I felt so at home here, and when I come back to Stowe I will definitely look to stay here again!

This condo is in prime location and offered us everything we needed to enjoy our stay! We loved that we were able to walk to dinner, run to the recreational path, and make a quick trip to the market next door. The condo was absolutely perfect. From the decorations to all of the items in the house. We didn’t need to bring anything but love and laughter! The location was amazing. Beautiful well-maintained property in a prime location, right next-door to a market and a quick walk to the downtown shops. Back of property overlooks a peaceful river and we were lucky enough to get to watch 2 bear cubs play in a tree and then cross the river with mama right at dark! Hosts are fantastic to communicate with and were so kind to leave us a gift card for our 20th anniversary. Property has everything you could want or need for a memorable stay in an adorable town!
