This end condo is conveniently located near the third-floor elevator and ensures privacy, as you will have the luxury of a good night's sleep with no foot traffic out your window. Turn on the gas fireplace and kick back and relax in the comfortable leather couches strategically located in front of the TV and watch your favorite shows or gather with your friends or family and plan your next adventures. Take advantage of the shared pool and hot tubs available in the complex!

This home is steps away from the Quicksilver lift, connecting you to over 2,900 acres of skiable terrain and a mile and a half from the gondola, making this the perfect year-round home base for adventure lovers. Guests can take a quick walk to Breckenridge's Main Street to spend a day eating, drinking, and shopping - then finish the day off with a Sleigh Ride through the snow. During the summer, there is no shortage of hiking and biking trails in the area, or hang on tight and ride the Breckenridge Resort's mountain coaster.

Great Ski Week

We really enjoyed our week at this property in Breckenridge. The property was conveniently located close to both the Quicksilver lift as well as Downtown Breckenridge. A short walk to the lift, and trail ride back in the AM. A short walk into the heart of town at night. The renovated property was well appointed, and well kept. We ordered groceries locally and used the kitchen frequently which was well stocked with the supplies that we needed to cook. The parking garage was great and our car fit, allowing us to keep it out of the weather and clean. The property was quite while we were there allowing for good sleep. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

The condo is in a great location close to Main Street and the Quicksilver lift, especially considering the price. It isn't really ski-in, ski-out - you do have to walk 5-6 minutes (and go up and down a couple of stairs) to get to the Quicksilver lift. There is a bridge behind the building next door that gets you to the lift quicker than the roundabout route that Google Maps lays out. Carrying skis back and forth did get a bit tiring. The condos have ski locks right outside the front doors, but there was no key for the lock for this unit (and even if there were, it wasn't clear how the skis would be locked in place). As an alternative, you can pay for overnight ski storage at the Maggie base area. The condo was comfortable and provided plenty of space. After a tiring day of skiing, it was nice to be able to spread out and relax. Having carts in the garage that can be used to take groceries from the car to the condo would be helpful. It took a bit of time and effort to get all our groceries to our unit.

Great location! 250 Steps from QuickSilver chair

Owner needs to instruct house keeping to leave minimum supplies stocked up such as: washing detergent, dish washing detergent, cooking oil, salt, pepper, Coffee machine, some coffee, humidifiers because the air too dry.

While the kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and utensils needed to prepare meals, food and other pantry items like coffee and tea are not typically stocked in the home. We encourage guests to plan if they anticipate needing additional items during their stay. We are sorry for any misunderstandings you experienced regarding the supplies provided in our home. We do provide starter packs of paper products and detergents and anything required beyond what is provided is the responsibility of the guests. Comfortable & spacious

My husband & I, plus our two adult offspring, really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was comfortably furnished with space to spread out. This is an end unit, very private, with lots of windows to let in the sunshine. The kitchen was well-outfitted for cooking. We loved the location with easy access to the Quicksilver chair & a quick walk to Main St. with it’s lovely shops & restaurants.

Great place for easy access to lifts

Spacious property, perhaps a little dated in furnishings and decor. Very well equipped kitchen. Great access to lift - easy 5 min walk. Would definitely stay here again.
