This Home is Steps away from Dana Point Harbor and Doheny State Beach. Sport fishing, whale watching, Sea Doo's, Sailing, parasail, Foil Boarding, along with walk in the harbor or have access world class restaurants. The peaceful Sea Breeze is perfect with a swimming pool or putting or Ping-Pong. Pickle ball court across the street. Marriott for weddings is less then a mile away. Your'e within a 30 minute drive from Disneyland, Angels stadium, Ducks Hockey, or even Sea World. So much to do !!

An amazing home! Host was very responsive and accommodating! We very much enjoyed our stay! Our daughter got married at the San Juan Capistrano Basilica, so the home was a perfect place to stay!

Very spacious house with very nice pool. Comfortable beds. Quiet neighborhood. Very responsive and gracious owner. Second time we’ve stayed there and we would stay there again.

Robert went above and beyond. I have a need for oxygen and he helped me coordinate and assist my needs from start to finish. As you can imagine it was greatly appreciated and proof you can count on your host.

We loved the spacious rooms, the spa and pool, the beds. Everything was clean and the owner quickly responded at our questions. It was a very pleasant stay. Hope to come back here with the whole family.

Our family enjoyed their stay. AC worked great especially with it being hot outside. Backyard was great especially with the fence around the pool for our young grandkids.

Robert was a wonderful host. The villa was perfect for our extended family stay for a wedding and sightseeing. The rooms were roomy and comfortable. Living area had plenty of room which worked well for our group. Loved the outdoor seating area and yard. The Bocci ball and putting green were wonderful activities while socializing. We enjoyed the hot tub and soaked daily! This was close to everything we wanted to do! Couldn’t have picked a better location. You can’t beat this stay and the great host. We would definitely rent again if in the area.

We had a wonderful 6 days here while we were in town for our son’s wedding in San Clemente. The location was central to everything we needed. Grocery store was close and even a wonderful little bagel shop! The home was well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed spending our evenings in the hot tub and our kids loved putting on the little green in the backyard. Plenty of room with 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths.

Outside area is large and had plenty to keep all age groups entertainted. Pool area is very nice. Large bedrooms. Very nice place for families and large groups. Park and playground right across the street. Close by to market, gas, and resturants.

The house is beautiful, extremely spacious, and in a great location. Large park across the street, easy walk to restaurants or grocery store, and Baskin-Robbins. ; )Our host was easy to ask questions of and always replied promptly.If you're heading to the OC anytime soon, I highly recommend staying at Sea Breeze Villa.

This place was awesome! Everything was extremely clean. The pool and spa were awesome and super easy to use. The putting course and ping pong table kept all of us happy and busy. The owners were very supportive and easy to communicate with. They checked in with us to make sure that we were happy and doing well, but certainly were not overbearing. The location is great- easy access to highways and the beautiful Dana Strands Beach where we played a lot. It was also great being across the street from a playground where my son played basketball (which the owners provided) every day and the smaller kids played on the playground. The kitchen was beautiful, immaculate, and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. The property was exactly as described. We loved staying and wished this was our home!

Good location. Close to Costco and beach. We chose this site primarily for the hot tub and pool. The hot tub could be warmer. My grand daughters enjoyed the pool and ping pong. The patio seating was ideal for our group. The owner was very responsive to questions and needs. This is a very quiet neighborhood with well maintained homes.

Robert's spot in Dana Point was a great "home base" for our wedding weekend trip to Capistrano! Easy drive to the beach and an excellent pool setup for hanging out between activities.

The property was clean and had the space and amenities described, and the host was responsive and helpful in correcting some of the issues he could during our stay. We were in Dana Point for a wedding, so we didn’t explore much of the surrounding area, but we did enjoy having the pool and hot tub at the house.There were, however, several inconveniences. All of the lounge chairs around the pool were broken, so we had to use folding chairs or sit upstairs overlooking the pool. There were also random items left outside on the patio, which made the property feel less maintained than the photos suggest.The air conditioning worked, but was very uneven—the living room would be freezing while the bedrooms stayed hot at night. The bed pillows were also extremely uncomfortable. There was no hand soap or trash bags when we arrived, the previous guests’ trash was still in the garage and smelled bad, and one of the showers leaked heavily onto the floor when used.Overall, the house met our basic needs, but it feels noticeably more worn in person than the new and pristine photos suggest. With some maintenance and attention to the details, it could be a much better stay.

The house was wonderful for our family who was in town for a wedding. The host was communicative and very helpful. The outdoor areas are great for visiting and socializing. Beds are very comfortable!

We traveled to California for a wedding. I wanted extra time with my siblings, children and grandchildren. This house was ideal for our large crowd. We had plenty of room and activities without leaving the rental property. The kitchen was well stocked. Beautiful home, great location and perfect for us.
