Girls Trip 2026 was a great success! This condo was perfectly located for everything we had planned for the week. We had a comfortable stay and felt perfectly safe. Our week in Durango consisted of sightseeing downtown, riding the train to Silverton, going to Mesa Verde National Park, driving the Million Dollar Highway to Ouray, and spending a day relaxing in the hot springs! The scenery around the condo was as pretty as the view! The timing was perfect to see all the gorgeous fall foliage! Thanks for a great stay!!!

Cozy rental close to Durango

This rental was a great place to stay while we were travelling in Durango -- we really appreciated the amenities that came with being in a furnished apartment. Would come back again!

A/C would be nice for summer stays; it was 95 deg when we arrived, so it was really warm when we tried to sleep the first night. First night a neighbor asked me to turn down the TV, which was barely loud enough to here over all the fans running. The next day the neighbor above said our fans were to loud for her to sleep, and asked if I would mind turning them down, I said if it cooled down enough I would, she looked at me as if I was being rude! Then asked if I had extra fans on besides the ceiling fans, I told her, every fan I could find in the house.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry that the warm temperatures made the unit uncomfortable during your summer stay, particularly on your first night. We understand why you needed to use the available fans to help keep the space comfortable. We’re also sorry that the noise concerns with the neighboring unit added to the experience. We appreciate your patience in navigating the situation and your feedback regarding temperature and comfort during warmer weather. We’ll share your comments with our team for consideration as we look for ways to improve the guest experience. Thank you again for taking the time to provide your feedback.

Howdy Hermosa

A spacious & nicely decorated condo, about 20 minutes north of Durango. Unfortunately, during our stay there was heavy construction directly in front of our unit, with scaffolding & ladders blocking the parking garage and our balcony. Not the owner's fault.

Hello Roger, thank you for your review! We're glad you enjoyed the spacious layout and decor of the condo. We're sorry to hear that construction impacted part of your stay, while it's outside of the owner's control, we understand how that can affect the overall experience. Your input is invaluable, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much-improved experience in the future.

The only frustrating thing was the unit number wasn't very easy to figure out. It would be much more helpful if that information was provided much more directly. We had to sift through a bunch of emails and just happened to come across the unit number in one of them, and it was a bit frustrating as we really didn't know if we were going to be able to find it. Other than that we absolutely loved the condo and cannot wait to return and stay again! Great unit, clean and comfortable, awesome location 15 mins to Durango to the south, 15 mins to Purgatory to the north.
