This cozy two bedroom/one bath unit is a short walk from Frisco's Main Street and offers its guests a wood-burning fireplace for those chilly winter nights. Enjoy the full kitchen and cozy furnishings during your stay. There is WiFi available throughout the home as well as a washer/dryer. Ore House 8 provides everything you'll need for the perfect mountain getaway!

This home is located on the south end of Frisco, centrally located in Summit County and minutes away from Breckenridge, Keystone, and Copper Mountain Ski Resort. Nice place close to Copper Mountain- Great value

Very nice place to stay close to Copper Mountain. Easy to get to and close to everything we needed. Would definitely stay at again.

Cozy Frisco Spot

Great location and perfect for a single traveler, couple or family with little ones. Close to Main St and bike path. Furnishings are a bit "vintage", but good value overall.

Wonderful rental!

Stayed here 9 years ago and it is just as great now as it was then! Very comfortable beds, great kitchen and living room, stocked with laundry and dish soap. Easy walk to Rainbow Lake or downtown without driving. Looks like an older building, but don't let that fool you...great interior!

Nice condo in a great location. We had two problems in the kitchen. Refrigerator shelves were broken leaving very little useable space. Also there were no teaspoons and only 2 soup spoons. We connected management the first day but neither problem was ever resolved. We checked in with them daily but no one ever showed up with at least the spoons.

Very Nice

Perfect central location for skiing, boating, hiking and biking. Many nice restaurants within walking distance. As a bonus, we had 2 young moose grazing just outside our front door.

Convenient and clean

Great location and clean. I had a confusing checkin email, but I think that was a Vacasa mistake, which was handled after a phone call to support. I’d stay here again. Thanks for a great short trip.

Overall really good. One of group was elderly and found the front steps to the unit unsafe as they are in a slant so the rise is uneven.

Nice Location and Place

Overall a wonderful stay. Nice place, well-stocked, great location, good parking spots. The only challenge was the comfort and construction of the beds in our opinion. The bunk beds shift a lot with two people in them, and the queen was uncomfortable and very squeaky. Otherwise really great stay.

Great location, needs some upgrades

Location was excellent for walking/biking. It has ample parking and is near restaurants and trails in a quiet neighborhood. Mountain views. The place is very organized and well-equipped, however couches and living room rug need a deep clean due to odors and bathroom could use an exhaust fan.

Great spot, friend couldn’t make it

The apartment was awesome. It would have been good for a group of 3 or a small family. My friend couldn’t make it so I had the place to myself. It was still a good deal.

The location was nice. It walkable to Fisco and close to the trail. However there were various issues with the condo. The main one being that the therms did not work properly. We called management and they said they would come out but they never did.

The property met our needs. Towel racks broken and missing in bathroom. Rugs could use a good scrub. Washer and dryer were great! Had difficulty using keypad on door due to user error. After third call to Vacasa, we talked to a very patient lady who talked us through the process. Directions were sketchy as to where this property is located.

Great time until the neighbors came in drunk yelling and screaming around midnight. This also included people in the hallway yelling on their phones (probably drunk as well).
