Perfect for friends, small families, or pairs of couples, this Colorado condo has everything you need for a fun ski getaway! Nearby restaurants, plenty of shopping and dining, and stunning mountain beauty are all only moments away.

Only steps away from the town of Dillon's main street, this condo for four offers incredible access to the small town's many fantastic venues. From the restaurants on the west side of town to the thrift shots dotting the east, there's never a shortage of things to do. Summertime visitors will definitely want to stop by the Dillon Reservoir. The Marina Park to the south of town offers nice views of the area, along with grills for barbecues. If you stop by in the wintertime instead, you can enjoy skiing at Breckenridge, Keystone, and Loveland. They're all only a short drive away!

Comfortable and convenient

Great ski condo location, restful place to crash after a hard day on the slopes. In floor heating and elevator are very nice. Great view of Gore range & Buffalo Mtn. Some maintenance is needed but nothing to detract from the enjoyment of the condo.

Overall, the condo itself was decent and the views were absolutely gorgeous - truly the highlight of the stay. Waking up to such stunning scenery made the location feel special, and the unit generally had what we needed for a short stay.That said, there are a few areas where the unit could use some improvement. The carpet next to the kitchen has definitely seen better days, and the shower has a noticeable odor that unfortunately smelled a bit like urine. Also, the pull out sofa bed was quite uncomfortable, and only one thin blanket and a sheet was provided. If guests are staying in the winter months; it would be really helpful to have additional, warmer bedding available.The bigger issue during this stay, however, was the experience with the property management company,For weekend or after hours arrivals, guests are required to pick up the building key from the property management office which is in a different location since the doors are locked.When I arrived at the office to retrieve the key, it was not in the lockbox. I contacted support and waited and about 30 minutes later a local staff member text me to ask if I was still there. He then had me go into the office

Everything was very nice and clean. The area was beautiful and we had a lovely time. The only issue was that we were not told that the building would be locked around 10 by a man who cleans the downstairs. Imagine our surprise when we returned back a little before 11 and find we could not get inside. We realize that it was our fault that we did not have our key but the doors had always been unlocked and there was not any infomation telling us that it would be locked after a certain time. We were even told that the back door should be unlocked. We tried contacting someone to help us with very little success, due either to the language barrier or them not really caring. Two different people said the back door should be open. It was locked. Another person said she was contacting help and will get back to us. She never did and we had to sleep in our car. Not impressed.

The check in process is awful. I was told to get the key from a lock box at the Vacasa office. The key was not in the lock box and no one in the office had any idea what I was talking about. The room is in a great location but it is FRIGID. I had to crank the heat to 85 and turn on the fireplace to get it warm at all.

Nice little condo. Instructions could have been clearer

Nice little condo. We had trouble finding it because it’s on the 3rd story above commercial buildings. If the directions had said it that it would have been very helpful. Also there was only 1 blanket in the condo so I was a little cold. Also. The key box was at another location across town, but there was a key box next to the door too. So it seems to me we could have skipped the driving across town step. Other then that very nice little condo.

We appreciate your thoughtful feedback on how we can improve the guest experience. We have included the home's location above the office building in the driving directions. We do ask guests to come to the office lockbox since the building's front door is locked on weekends and after 5pm, so guests will need access past that door to get to the on-site lockbox. Worked out really well. Super convenient location in Dillon town center, a short walk to the Marina/Amphitheater, drive or bike to Silverthorne, Frisco, and a short drive to Keystone, and A-Basin. Parking for multiple cars and right on the bus line both were real nice features.

Condo has a beautiful view and convenient to downtown Dillon and the local ski areas. The ceiling fans could not be used due to an inch of thick dust on the blades. The tub drained extremely slowly - enough to be standing in ankle deep water while showering. Reported to management so hopefully they will address.

It was okay, but just okay

It's very clean and easily accessible. Location is great, a short drive from Keystone and Breckenridge. But...it's poorly equipped, with few cooking pots, pans, and utensils. No additional amenities found at many other short-term rentals, like spices, coffee, tissues. Temperature was hard to control, probably because of it's location on the top floor of building with much (overheated) public space.

Clean and Convenient

The house was exactly as advertised. It was clean with a spacious living room and bath. The bedroom was a bit small and didn’t have drawers, but we put our clothes in the drawers under the TV. The heated floors were nice after a full day of skiing and it was close to all the resorts
