Scenically situated directly alongside the Eagle River, this ground-floor, riverfront condo in Edwards is the perfect escape for anglers, hikers, skiers, and snowboarders.

This garden-level condo is a getaway for every season, offering private fishing access and close proximity to restaurants, shops, concerts, and services at the Riverwalk at Edwards (half a mile west). You'll also enjoy incredible convenience to world-class ski slopes, with Arrowhead Village (one mile), Beaver Creek Village (five miles), and Vail Ski Resort (12 miles) all within an easy drive. The city bus is also an easy walk away.

After a day of alpine adventure, come home to an open living space that's full of sunlight and views of the neighboring mountains. Grab a toasty pair of socks from the washer/dryer, take a seat on the leather sectional, and bask in the warmth of the gas fireplace as you watch movies on the big-screen cable TV.

The kitchen is well appointed, offering stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and an open view of the stone dining room table. Clean Quiet Place

First, I liked the quick response when I had a question. Then I liked the very clean comfortable space. There were plenty of towels and toiletries in the bathroom and the kitchen was well stocked! Will stay there again!

Great location, space, experience

Traveled for spring break snowboarding as a family with two kids (8 and 10yo) and loved the location - Edwards is a true delight. Super convenient to Beaver Creek park and ride shuttle (13 dollars/day) as well as restaurants and a market. We had everything we needed close by. The space was clean and comfortable. Check in and out was a breeze. Planning to come back in the Summer!

Awesome location

We loved this home's location! It was so close to Avon and Beaver Creek, and it was walking distance to the Edwards Riverwalk. We also loved the back patio by the river. It was so peaceful and beautiful. The home was very clean. It worked well for us with three young children, but I think if our kids had been any older it would have been too small for us. Overall great place, though!

Eagle River Escape

Staying at the Eagle River Escape was a great decision. The home is close to everything yet positioned so you felt like you were secluded in the woods. There is a walking trail nearby, and driving to any of the mountains to ski or to shop was so convenient. The home had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation, and the layout allowed all four of us to each feel like we had space, and not be on top of each other. I would highly recommend staying in this home for a great vacation in Edwards, and surrounding cities in Colorado.
