Burnished wood, modern decor, and luxurious furniture await you in this stylish, ski-in/out mountainside chalet, located right next to downtown Breckenridge!

Enjoy your first cup of coffee while taking in the fresh mountain air on the private balcony, then use the well-equipped kitchen to whip up a delicious breakfast before a day up on the slopes. The Snowflake Lift is just a few steps away, so you'll be among the first on the mountain to shred the fantastic ski runs. You'll love thawing out next to the suite's gas fireplace with a ballgame or movie playing on TV. Pick up a special bottle of wine from Continental Divide Winery, then put on a dinner party with friends. You'll love serving your guests at the dining table, and the kids will have plenty of barstool seating at the breakfast bar.

This condo comes with an abundance of on-site amenities as well, including a hot tub, a heated pool, and even a game room with air hockey and Ping-Pong, so you'll never run out of fun things to do while you're here.

As for Breckenridge, there's something to do no matter the time of year! Visit Dillon Reservoir for great hot-weather lake activities like stand-up paddleboarding, canoeing, kayaking, and freshwater fishing. In the winter, you'll even find ice fishing available. You'll also love the views from the Lily Pad Lake Trail, the Spruce Creek Trail, and the Blair Witch Trail.

Things to Know
Please note that this condo does not have air conditioning.
The steam rooms, lift ticket office, Charter Sports (equipment rentals), and the Spa at Breckenridge are located on the first floor of BlueSky.
Amenities include an on-site ski lift ticket office, Charter Sports Ski and Snowboard Rentals.
Complimentary shuttle service runs to the limits of downtown Breckenridge. Hours will vary, depending on the season.
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

The condo and building were fabulous. Easy to hop on the snowflake chairlift after storing gear at charter sports (on the 1st floor of building) or easy to hop on shuttle to gondola as well. Great location and very responsive and friendly staff

Amazing stay in Breck

It felt like we were staying in a high end hotel. It was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. There even was a free shuttle to get downtown, though it was also walkable. I highly recommend this property.

Great Breck Rental

This was such a great place for a winter ski weekend. The condo was so clean and the front deck made check-in very easy. We loved the free shuttle option to go back and forth when it was really snowy. Great all around!

Truly ski in and ski out

Head down the elevator, put on your skis, and go up some steps to Snowflake lift. Perfect location. The management we super friendly and responsive.

Great place!

We loved staying here! Easy access to town and the mountains. Beautiful condo, but my only complaint were the upstairs occupants during our stay… they were VERY noisy. One of the best things is the the heated underground garage, especially on those below zero temp days!!

Great stay at BlueSky Breckenridge!

We spent 3 nights at BlueSky, and thoroughly enjoyed the unit, building, amenities, and staff. It was particularly nice to have a 'hotel-type' staff in a privately-owned unit. The free shuttle anywhere around town was super helpful and so easy, and we loved soaking in the hot tubs and pool each evening after a long day of hiking. The Sawmill Reservoir trail directly outside the building was awesome, so great that we did it twice. BlueSky is far enough from Main St. to be quieter and more peaceful while still being completely walkable (~10mins) to all the action.

Summer in the Mountains

Condo was clean and in a good location. Close to downtown. It was well equipped with coffee maker, toaster, fans and humidifier. The couch was big and comfortable for our family.
