Located in Rapolano Terme, the villa "Il Fornacino" has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. This 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning in the bedrooms, a washing machine as well as satellite TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

Your private outdoor area includes a fenced pool (open from May to October), a garden, an open terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.

The villa is located in the beautiful countryside, between Chianti and the Crete Senesi. It is close to the province's main road which allows for short trips to the most beautiful places. Nearby recommendations include Rapolano Terme (1 km away), Siena (15 minutes away), Arezzo and Perugia (45 minutes away), Chianti (10 minutes away), Montalcino (45 minutes away), and Florence (1 hour away).

A parking space is available on the property and 1 in a garage. Free parking is available on the street.

A great house for the family in lovely Tuscany.

Wonderful house. Big, cool even with 36 degrees outside. Very Nice swimming pool with shaddow places if needed. Very friendly and helpfull host.

Nice Tuscan house and good base to explore Tuscany

This house is very nice. It is centrally located outside Siena and good location to explore all over Tuscany. It is off the beaten path so you’ll definitely need a rental car. Even just to get there. It is remote. Which is a plus but also has some drawbacks. We went in March so pool was closed. Too cold to swim. House is several levels. Kitchen and dining room are downstairs. We cooked several simple meals after going into town to grab groceries. Nearby town is nice. Not a lot of restaurant options but that was ok. Property manager Benedetta was very nice and responsive. Recommend using WhatsApp to contact. Bedrooms and living room upstairs. Doors to the outside and some stunning Tuscan countryside views. But not really an area to be outside. Washing machine didn’t work all that well. Water pooled in it. Had unfortunate town experience of electrical work that cut power to the house for a day -thankfully we were notified in advance and spent the whole day out. Although some of the food we bought spoiled. All in all it was a fine option. Just need to know going in that it is a quirky property. The property manager is very nice and responsive. Must have rental car.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub in einer Villa im typisch toskanischen Stil.

Pros: Die Villa war mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der tolle Pool, der uns während der Hitzewellw in der letzten Woche genügend Abkühlung verschafft hat. Benedetta ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, die alle 2 Tage zum Pool säubern vorbei kam. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub, in dem auch viel in der bezaubernden Küche gekocht wurde. Cons: Die vielen Mücken

Tolles Haus mit eigenem Charme

Ein wunderbares Haus in sehr guter Lage. In unmittelbare Nähe zur Schnellstraße Siena-Arezzo. Die Ausstattung ist einwandfrei und das Raumgefühl luftig und einzigartig. Die Zufahrt ist für sehr große Autos schwierig, aber sehr gut möglich. Mit unserem VW Crafter hatten wir am zweiten Tag den Dreh raus und schafften die Einfahrt im Ort ohne Probleme. Benadetta hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und ist sehr hilfsbereit.
