The Maison Baltique Apartment 1 offers you a comfortable home for your stay on the Baltic Sea coast in Niendorf, with approximately 50 m² of living space. The apartment is located on the first floor and is only about 30 meters from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach.
Its central location ensures that both shopping options and the town center are just about 50 meters away. This means you’ll have easy access to everything you need for daily life, as well as dining options and recreational activities in Niendorf.

Thanks to its amenities and sleek floor plan, the apartment is ideal for families and couples, as well as for solo travelers seeking a relaxing getaway by the sea. In total, there are two well-designed rooms, including a separate bedroom with a box-spring bed (180x200 cm) and a spacious living area that invites you to relax and unwind.

The amenities are designed with comfort and functionality in mind: The cozy living room features a TV, DVD and Blu-ray players, a CD player, and a hi-fi system, ensuring a variety of entertainment options even when the weather isn’t ideal for the beach. The living area also features a cozy sofa corner that sleeps two people and a dining area with a table, perfect for shared meals or game nights. The private, covered balcony is furnished with outdoor furniture and is the ideal spot to enjoy the fresh sea air.

The fully equipped kitchenette features a stove, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker, as well as all the kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware you’ll need to prepare your own meals. You can just as easily prepare hot drinks and homemade meals here as you can make small snacks for trips to the beach.

The bathroom is modern and functional, featuring a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, and a hair dryer. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use and offer added convenience for longer stays or families with children. A vacuum cleaner helps keep the accommodation clean during your stay.

There is a wide variety of recreational activities in the surrounding area: The nearby beach is perfect for activities such as swimming, beach volleyball, jogging, walking, and long bike rides along the Baltic Sea coast. Golfers, sailors, surfers, anglers, and horseback riders will find just as many attractive options in the region as hiking enthusiasts. Thus, the surrounding area offers numerous recreational opportunities year-round.

Starting January 1, 2026, you’ll have the option to park your car for a fee in the public parking lot (not in the Edeka underground garage), which is very close by. For stays of 5 days or more, a weekly ticket must be purchased. Upon presentation of your parking ticket, we will refund the parking fee you paid.

The building is located just 50 meters from the beach and offers apartments ranging from 32 to 50 m² that accommodate 3 to 4 people.

You’ll stay in modern vacation rentals with a terrace or balcony where you can enjoy your vacation with the whole family.

Right across the street, you can enjoy swimming a few laps in the saltwater pool, even on cooler days.

Inside the building, you can wash your vacation clothes in the coin-operated washing machine; there’s also a coin-operated dryer available.

Some apartments also include a duplex underground parking space (not suitable for station wagons or vans) or an outdoor parking space.

The nearest shopping options are located in the immediate vicinity, and Niendorf Harbor is just 1,300 meters away.
Here you can watch the fishermen at work and buy your fish directly from the Baltic Sea.

From Niendorf, the 4-kilometer-long hiking trail along the Brodten cliffs is well worth the walk. Here you’ll find a landscape that’s still almost untouched, even within the otherwise densely populated Lübeck Bay.
