Lovely place to stay, great view over Bassenthwaite and the field in front of the hut was full of lambs! Well equipped, had everything we needed and was in a great location to easily get places driving. Would highly recommend!

Great place

We had a wonderful stay. The place was perfect for our group. It was a great location for what we wanted to do. It was easy to walk to great shops, museums and cafes. We also took various public transit options which were also easily accessible.

It was a lovely spacious condo. The air conditioning worked wonderfully, which was appreciated during the heat.

Great spot close to the heart of Vienna

Fantastic stay in this lovely apartment with easy access to all that Vienna has to offer. Air conditioning was very welcome during such a hot spell!

Great location

Location is great. Size of apartment is large. Lots of room to spread out. Great amenities. Lots of stains on furniture and rugs. Needs a deep cleaning.

Penthouse 2

It was a bit tricky to work the entry door/lock but ince we figured it out it was fine. We also could not get the dryer prtion of the machine to work so we used the privided dryjng wrack. Could use a few small amentities like a spatula, a dish pan for hamd washing dishes, more than one dish towel etc. The location was great...right on the BB line. Parking was difficult so we ended up in the public ramp @ 25 per day. Beds were comfortable and bathroom nice!

Very nice property

The apartment was very nice; clean, modern, comfortable. Perfect for our group of three adults. We each had our own bedroom and the upstairs open plan living room, dining room were comfortable and bright with stylish design and fixtures. Kitchen too. I would recommend this property.

60th Birthday Celebration

A unique find to have a large terrace and be so close to central Vienna via trams and U bahn. Plenty of room for 6 people and easy access via lift. The only things we would have wanted extra would be some mugs (as there were only 6 small coffee cups) and more / larger pillows (one small pillow per person). Definitely recommend this accommodation.

Nice but a little dissappointed

The code access and directions were spot on… the location is great. Close to Ubon (subway) and bus to train station right outside the door made it easy to get back to train station to our next destination. Sebastianos is a restaurant nearby & is excellent. Now the not so good. It was very hot in Vienna and there are no functioning shade covers to the huge penthouses windows upstairs. It took 2 days for a/c to catch up and cool off downstairs in bedrooms where there was only 1 functioning fan for 3 bedrooms. Only 1 toilet for a huge home. Refrigerator sounded like it was on its last leg.. it had the refrigerator door bolted the the freezer door which was causing ice to form and not allow the doors to shut tightly. The patio looks much better in ad as the furniture was old and weathered.. the stove was dirty upon arrival and found cracks on kitchen bar counter. Reported all of this to host. Overall we liked our stay but hope that shades can be fixed to keep heat down during summer months & working fans provided for downstairs bedrooms.

Cannot recommend this stay.

The property is well located and large. However, it is somewhat dated and could be better maintained. It's touted as Luxury, but on arrival the beds weren't made, no linen, a massive dust buildup behind the washing machine. Stains on carpet and furniture. There was communication back and forth with the host to resolve the these issues of linen, soap, shampoo etc, but it was very difficult. Basically the host accused me of being hostile and I was expecting to much, especially for what I was paying. No apology, other than to suggest we leave and find somewhere else, this at the drop of a hat. This during peak tourism season. Not very welcoming. We did finally sort things out, beds made, soap, shampoo, linens, towels provided. I myself am a host and I've never treated a customer the way I was treated. The listing details are inaccurate. It states there are 1.5 bathrooms, listing a toilet in the main bathroom and a separate toilet. There is only the one toilet. This should be corrected. Also the host should note in the description that the tram running around the corner is out of operation for the entire summer season.

Es gab in einem Schlafzimmer und im Flur eine feuchte und schimmelige Wand. Auf eine whatsap an den Vermieter diesbezüglich wurde gar nicht reagiert. Der Gasherd in der Küche lies sich durch eine Kindersicherung nur mit Geduld und vielen Versuchen anbekommen.

Viel Platz für die ganze Familie

Drei Schlafzimmer sind super. Zu zweit sind die Betten für schmale bis mittelgroße Personen breit genug. Für große Menschen eher zu schmal. Küche, Ess- und Wohnzimmer sind großzügig und gut ausgestattet. Das Haus und die Umgebung sind ruhig, so dass man gut schlafen kann. Zwei Zimmer gehen zur Straße eins zum Hof raus. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür zum Bahnhof. Bäcker direkt um die Ecke. Zum alten Fassl für authentisches Wiener Schnitzel ist hervorragend. Entfernung und Anbindung zur Stadt ist super.

Luxusappartement trifft nicht zu

Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut. Die Ausstattung ist teilweise erneuerungsbedürftig. Keine funktionelle Beschattung der großen Dachfenster, bei 5 Tagen mit mehr als 30 Grad ist dies trotz Klimaanlage sehr unangenehm. Auch die Terrassentür ist schwer zu Händeln.
